My current character is a scraggly fisherman without firepower living almost a month in game days now...just learning the lay of the land where I reside. The spots where I can see, the spots that can't see. I don't wander far...I don't have too. I have water, food, heat, shelter...and I am beginning to notice the travel paths as I sit silently watching the world go by. Which buildings get visited most...and what areas most people do not go when fights break out. I am watching all of this quietly...thinking "I know this area...I should get a gun and assert myself instead of hiding in the trees....then I see videos like this lmao. completely agree with you Top, this shouldnt be only the day before the wipe but looks like 90% of the dayz comunity really plays for loot and dont want to lose it and when the feeling of the wipe is coming thats the only moment when people start playing how it should mean to be.

i used to play on a PVP/PVE where wipe day turned the entire map PVP with raiding enabled and we all basically tried to raid each others massive bases. it was always epic fun
