I had low magnesium levels, I started eating pumpkin seed, 2 weeks later my magnesium level went back to normal. I also had enlarged prostate with slow urine flow after less than a month of eating pumpkin seeds I am now flowing urine like a horse, I Lost 5 pounds of excess body fluid within 1 month. I don't know if the host of this video is a doctor or not but he sure knows what he is talking about. My pill pushing pfizer loving doctors never told me anything about the health benefits of pumpkin seeds. Since I started eating pumpkin seeds regularly I Have dropped 2 useless medications these doctors forced on me. Great video, Take charge of your own health folks, you'll will be glad you did.. I have zero respect for both of my 2 current so called doctors...

Wow, that's incredible! Thank you so much for sharing your personal experience with pumpkin seeds. It's amazing how something as simple as incorporating them into your diet can have such positive effects on magnesium levels, prostate health, and overall well-being. It's important to explore alternative options and take charge of our own health.

Bravo on this video! A year ago I tried doing the pumpkin seed extract in pill form- that did nothing for me and I stopped. As chance would have it, my wife bought some organic pumpkin seeds (I got hooked on the taste) but didn't consider it was doing anything for my health. But after a few months of eating them almost every day, all of my prostrate issues started to disappear. After 1 year, I have zero (0) prostrate issues and no longer waking up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom. Besides seemingly curing the prostrate issue, I'm not getting any cramps in my legs but still have issue with my hair thinning. I do eat very clean (grass fed meat, wild caught fish, ton of vegetables, nuts and some fruits and fermented foods) but will attribute the pumpkin seeds as the key food for my prostrate health.

@@johnb30021 Hey John, if you are referring to my hair thinning- the pumpkin seeds haven't been effective. But for the prostate- it's been a 100% improvement. To further elaborate, I had some tests done a while back and it showed that it was enlarged. This year with another test, it has shrunk to about normal size. Will preface that I have also changed my lifestyle- eating correctly as well as exercising. But the change with the prostate started happening soon after eating the pumpkin seeds.

I saw a comment here that you should wash the seeds and dry them in the oven, but I'm just eating them strait away. Got into a habit of snacking on them during the evening watching tv. You are fortunate to have good hair... Mine was thin to begin with and lately I've been under a lot of stress (trying to work on that part, not so easy). i am from Greece and i remember my childhood back in the early sixties. There were many open air cinemas** during summer in Athens. A dear uncle of mine used to often take me to the cinema. Popcorn was unheard of back then. Instead we ate salted pumpkin seeds in their shells. All over the place you'd hear that "crich-crich" sound of front teeth opening the seed and the gravel floor all covered by the little off-white shells and mixing with the gravel. Happy childhood memories. **There are still open air cinemas in Athens and other cities in Greece, though not as numerous as they used to be in the sixties. Very nice they are, with surround system and everything you'd expect in a modern cinema, only the gravel is replaced by concrete and the pumkin seeds by popcorn.

@@chriscoughlan5221 The part of the punkin seed that you eat is green of course, just like shown here. The outside - the skin or shell that you throw away - is off white. Sunflower seeds to eat while seeing a movie at an open air cinema in Greece were also popular, but not as much as pumkin seeds. Pumkin seeds are much tastier and Greeks still like them a lot even if popcorn has taken their place in the cinema. We also have a nickname for them. We call them ''pasatempo'' which is Latin oriented and means "to pass the time". Sunflower seeds on the other hand, never had a nickname. They are just called by their regular name in Greek : ILIOSPOROI = Sunflower seeds.

Roasted + Grounded = Better Absorption + Taste I grind small quantity of 6 types of roasted seeds - flax, chia, white sesame, black sesame, sunflower, hemp seeds, and also cardamom to add flavour. I put them in airtight jar and mix it with any of my food items, preferably liquid ones where it can be mixed. I grind in small quantities as grinding may release some oil and it may reduce the shelf life.

Please give the whole information about omega-3. Although it contains omega-3, the ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 is very high: 114:1 which is detrimental. Ideally you should be looking for food that has a 1:1 ratio. Things that have better ratios are: fatty fish, walnuts, pecan nuts, extra virgin olive oil and others you can search. We should not be taking all the info we see on the internet for granted. Search further than one video.

it's good to have these kind of videos but what I find missing is the absence of any guidance of dosage, not necessarily exact but something like between x grams to y grams a day is enough to get the benefits or above this daily intake is too much ... etc

I'm glad you found the information helpful! When it comes to eating pumpkin seeds, it's generally best to consume them as a snack after food to aid digestion. As for the quantity, a small handful (about 1-2 ounces) daily should suffice to enjoy their health benefits. However, it's essential to listen to your body and adjust the portion according to what feels right for you.
