I started drinking alcohol years ago as a teenage, got addicted to alcohol. Spent my whole life fighting alcohol addiction. I suffered severe depression and mental disorder. Got diagnosed with cptsd. Not until my wife recommended me to psilocybin treatment. Psilocybin treatment saved my life honestly. 6 years totally clean. Much respect to mother nature the great magic shrooms.

YES very sure of Dr.alishrooms. I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.

Congrats! I'm really happy for you that your wife decided to help you. I always admire those who beat their addiction. Knowing it's possible to fix your life knowing there's people out there that have done what I thought was impossible gives me hope I will make it through as well. Those who share their experiences don't know how much it helps when you're about to give up, it gives you the strength knowing somone who actully know what it's like to go through this tell you it's possible, it's not the same somone telling you you can do it when they have no idea what it's like, but hearing somone who knows what it's like that helps a lot since you understand it firsthand and made it out gives so much hope. so thanks for sharing.

from my experience its the same - funnily enough, starting with weed and then drinking a lot is fine. And actually this vid kinda explains why, if alcohol increases the high and the speed in which thc can flow through your body, then smoking while drunk basically gets you an omega weed flash, which given that youre already drunk, is not that easy to handle and can end bad real quick.

Three glasses of wine and one pot brownie led to me not just blacking out, but temporarily PASSING OUT. It really snuck up on me. I was at a party with my husband and had no idea how strong the brownies were, and when it hit me it hit me so hard that I had a panic attack. Husband and I leave the party with me experiencing tunnel vision and my head spinning all the way to the car and him helping me along, and I go from waiting for him to unlock the car door to hearing, "oh my god, honey, are you okay?" and I wake up flat on my back in the cold gravel parking lot with him checking to see if I hit my head. Then we went home and watched Ghostbusters while we waited for me to sober up. I kept blacking out, coming to, and asking, "is this movie still on?" I swear it felt like a 9 hour movie. I don't mix alcohol and edibles anymore.

You have to me more careful with edibles as its effects last alot longer and its hard to control how much you take in, also takes longer to kick in. better to start with less and build up from there to avoid such bad trips... They can be really scary..

I was watching fear and loathing in Las Vegas with my brother while being uncomfortably high and about 15 minutes in I passed out for what felt like 4 hours and woke up about 40 minutes in the movie and proceeded to fall back asleep for the rest of the movie

One time I took two shots of liquid edibles and then smoked some and had the same thing happen, I couldn't see 5 feet in front of me and was very dizzy and almost had a panic attack. (I have never had one or even felt anxious before) It cant be scary stuff.

I did the exact same. A bottle of wine and a big chunk of pot brownies. I thought i was having a heart attack, could barely stand, got an insane fever and hallucinated for 3 days.. suffice to say- i don’t drink or take any drugs anymore!

For those of you who seem to have a theory on what order to do them in to avoid getting sick, I'll let you in on a little secret: I've been drinking/smoking pretty regularly and eventually you find the perfect balance/dosage, especially as you build tolerance. I never get sick from combining them.

Stupidly i used to mix the 2 on a very regular basis. Felt like the weed took away the negatives from alcohol (saying/doing stuff I regret, having one sided conversations, getting so drunk i black out) and the alcohol took the negatives from the weed (anxiety and not wanting to talk mostly). My addiction wasn't necessarily weed or alcohol, it was both mixed together, and honestly i wish i could do it again but im 25 days sober and feeling a bit more normal again

It depends on the person for sure. I know someone who if they take a green, they will vomit. Also I've seen people get stoned, drink a lot, then vomit. It can lessen your chances of vomiting, it won't stop it completely

Here is the ultimate advice on mixing these two. DONT drink first and then smoke weed, because that order *WILL* make you puke 90% of the times. Smoke FIRST and then drink. This way will prevent you from puking aaand will make you careful not to drink too much (you get more cautious when you smoke weed).

xD Well if you get drunk as hell, literally drinking shot after another and then smoking weed, yeh you sorta will feel drunk twice as much. But if you drink a beer - smoke, then drink some more beer again - have a smoke, you can keep it pretty balanced for a vast ammount of time. If you will smoke first, you wont drink as much alcohol most likely, so i would suggest doing so.

Not really, I think it's more a placebo from people who have no clue what they are doing, inexperienced with drugs or simply trying to hammer themselves into oblivion. It does not make you trip it just sends you to bed or becoming a zombie. Alcohol has much better drugs to go with. The 2 drugs are not compatible for a good high, it's either too light like it makes absolutely no difference whatsoever or you just use heavy dose and are unable to enjoy anything at all becoming catatonic, you don' t get extra effect or higher sensitivity nothing like that.

My first high and drunk experience together was sooo fun. It took the fun out of both of them together. I felt very light, and every car ride felt like a rollercoaster. The wind hitting my face felt amazing, and music just sounded so much better. It was like I just went in a different universe and didn’t feel any worries or stress. Facts. Everytime I smoke weed after drinking too much I end up being super sleepy or completely wasted. However, if I smoke before drinking or during the first few ones I manage to stay somewhat lucid throughout the night. Even the hangover next day is more bearable, and sometimes there's no hangover at all.

Id like to see more like this. Like weed+caffeine? Caffeine also improves blood flow but does so fairly differently. I find the 2 a good "lets do chores we know we hate doing" combo. It allows me get in motion and stay in motion comfortably. Of course its usually a one off and not something you can use in the day to day either. It helps with hangovers. For example, about 4 years, i drank a 6 pack of beer, 1 bottle of wine, and still went to the bar and drank more. I have no idea how i got home. I remember puking on the bed and i found more puke on the bed and in the toilet. I went over to my friends place with a massive hangover. I could barely walk. I smoked a bowl, the headache went away, and when i got home, i ate 2 bowls of ramen with some tuna, and i drank like 6 bottles of water back to back. 2 hours later, i felt okay

"you cannot vomit while high" Yeah nah, sorry, but this isn't true. There's a saying in Australia. "beer for grass, you're on your arse, grass before beer, you're in the clear". Tons of people who drink end up having a toke or a bowl and 'green out' (Aussie term for getting so high you vomit). So smokers in Australia will have a few cones (bowls) before they even touch their first drink.

it didn't say you can't vomit while high.... watch again. It says weed can help PREVENT vomiting WHILE DRINKING. Just like sunscreen can prevent sunburn but you can still get burned wearing it. Its not you put on sunscreen and you're completely protected from the sun and it can never harm you. Same here. Of course you can still vomit while high and/or drunk lol prevent could mean you can go half a drink more before you do or it may not work at all but its still there doing what they're saying. its science. my white blood cells are supposed to fight illness and prevent me from getting sick, does me getting sick mean they actually don't do that? no they still are doing that even if it seems like they arent helping at all. its been proven that thats what they do. That’s interesting. I found it to be the opposite for myself. I could drink a gross amount of alcohol and as long as I smoked a few bowls at the end of the night before going to bed I wouldn’t get sick. If I didn’t smoke pot after a hard night of drinking, I would get the head spins really bad the second I got into bed and would spend the next hour or to with my head in the toilet (if I was lucky enough to make it out of the bed at that point). Thank god I gave up drinking. Pot is good though ;)
