Pile one resonates. We stopped talking a few weeks ago bc he was “too busy” and not emotionally available anymore. I told him I can’t handle the hot and cold so we went no contact. It’s soooo hard trying to focus on yourself. I’m trying to do well in my classes and working out and cooking and all kinds of other things, but I still think about him and why he would lead me on so much. Of course I would like if he changed his mind and offered me a better explanation, but I don’t know if that’s what is healthiest. Who knows! Maybe I’ll take ur advice and keep building myself up.

no STOP I'm pile 3 the song you mentioned (just know that if you hide, it doesnt go away) is Little Dark Age by MGMT and that is one of this person's favorite bands and they love that song as well. My breath stopped when you said that. You described everything really well, they have some issues they refused to deal with, and that avoidance crept into our relationship and absolutely just ate it. Pile 3: you used his exact words. I sabotage myself. He says that not being trusted causes him to act out… basically he hooked up with his ex girlfriend. He had been sooooo distant with me for months and I finally decided to listen to my intuition and I went through his phone. That’s how it was revealed that he was unfaithful. We have been together for over 4 years, but I don’t know what to do in this situation because instead of remorse he verbally abused me and praised her. I feel so sad and I actually packed my things today…. All of a sudden his words have more sugar. I’ve cried all day and have no idea what to do. I just asked the angel Netahiah for clarity on our connection! Well it said through my dreams and not a video, but this happened once before with a video of yours!
