@@meera2531 No I haven’t, have you? If so are they helping? I’m 6 weeks if so into low fodmap which is helping. How about you?

@@meera2531 I have kefir and fruit every morning for pre and probiotics. I've also tried probiotics in pill form before. Unfortunately no improvement. My GP thinks I may have some food intolerances, next month I finally see a specialist. I've been waiting like three months and in that time I've done some experiments adding/eliminating things from my diet. Unfortunately looks like at the very least gluten, spicy food, and added sugar don't agree with my stomach. 😔 We shall see soon I guess.

​@@Geizhals. No, older travel channels had shows where a host would travel around countries to recommended restaurants and then showcase the food and the crew. She'd do it right, she makes food sound good.

That sounds about what I would expect to pay at a place that serves this kind of food, I'm from San Angelo,Tx and the prices are pretty much the same, also in the Midland/Odessa area it's the same. The portions are always large and packed with flavor.

I am a super picky eater because taste and texture is what limits me, I have a super weak stomach so if I don’t like the taste or texture, Imma end up gagging and possibly making myself throw up, but the way she talks so nicely about food makes me so hungry to try!

She’s not actually “eating” this food tho, she’s chewing it but not swallowing it, probably spits it all out as soon as she’s done filming the content.

At what part do you think she do that
