You can eat healthy and delicious Korean food that is easy to make.
🌿 Making Soy Sauce Marinated Salmon
1. Sauce: 3 cups water, 150ml soy sauce, 1+ 1/2T sugar, 1+ 1/2T starch syrup, 2T tuna liquid
(As soon as the sauce boils, turn off the heat and let it cool completely.)
2. Prepare salmon, add sauce, and eat within 2-3 days while refrigerated.
🌿 Making Spicy Squid Stir-fry
1. Seasoning: 1T sugar, 1/2T garlic, 1T cooking wine, 2T soy sauce, 2T red pepper powder, 1T red pepper paste
2. Stir-fry the vegetables first, then add the squid and seasoning, then quickly stir-fry.
(If you fry for a long time, the squid becomes tough.)
🌿 Stewed tofu
1. Remove the water from the tofu.
2. Fry the vegetables first.
3. Add tofu and seasoning and stir-fry.
Seasoning: 2T soy sauce, 1T sugar, 2T red pepper powder, 1/3 cup water, a little sesame
(If you don't like spicy, you can adjust the red pepper powder.)
