I never comment but really felt I had to. I saw one of Lydia’s videos talking about dealing with negative comments and having a look at the comments here I now understand. Firstly, Lydia’s job is 100% related to luxury lifestyle products, so why are some people upset about product placement? Was that a complete surprise for you?? Secondly, Lydia did not seem stuck up during this trip but hey, even if she did, she was chosen by Nars to be there as part of her job. There are plenty of jobs that involve travel and being put up in expensive places. I dont see these business people running around thanking every staff member. The same way a CEO of a company works up to that position, Lydia has worked to get where she is now. If you don’t like her, don’t watch her!

This is not a hate post... I love Lydia and I loved this vlog but.. I just wish NARS was still cruelty free. I know they only test in markets where required by law.. but just wish some of the money they spent on bringing people to this luxurious island were spent on finding ways to be 100 percent cruelty free

I woke up with the sorest throat and your vlog totally got me through my workout today - the time flew as I smashed it on the treadmill! In all of your incredible success, you never stop remembering your audience, why products are so good, what works and why. You stand by what you recommend and use them regularly. This is what I really like about your work but what comes across so clearly in this vlog is how truly humble you are, you can see how incredibly fortunate you feel to have this experience and embrace it even more because of it.
