Fantastic appointment I might be the only Celtic fan in the world that was on Brendan’s side when he left the board had no ambition, no direction and no idea what they were doing wrong with Brendan back I’m sure he’s had certain assurances in terms of spending and ambition literally couldn’t be happier.

He has nothing to apologise for, even the GB said it, back him or lose him, they didn’t and he left. Anyone that followed the McGinn fiasco knows Celtic must have been a nightmare of a club for a manager of BRs calibre to work for at the time. Him returning says a lot about himself and the board/club, we’re in a different, better place. Massive props to Michael Nicholson for his consideration of the fans, he gets it, I have full confidence he makes the right decisions for the club and the fans, BR’s return included

Huge celtic supporter...i dont much care what goes on with other clubs and their choices of manager and players they sign...thats up too them we dont have any say in the matter..im not a fan of him after he upped and left no matter the spin he and the club puts on it...sure we will all be delighted if the club is still as successful but we wont ever fully trust him and as soon as a big club sacks their manager we all will be looking over our shoulder.!! just get a team playing great football and winning silverware...thats what the supporters want...but in my opinion the only talking i want to hear is on the park...and as little from him as possible..

@blue_red_screen Can you point out the part where i said he owes ME...!!?? and cant leave anytime he has signed 3 yr contract and there will be huge caveats written into his contract that will cost millions and millions for him to be bought out his contract... OR will be sacked if he does not succeed. Now let me look again...nope cant see it..you know the part OWES ME..🤔

@blue_red_screen Blue...it was the manner in the way he left...and by his own admission he knows he hurt a lot of people..thats not a comment from the fans or MSM.. it was a comment he put out there.. There was very much of same scanario when Michael Beale up and left Qpr... but thats football for you.. Heroes & Villains. And we all live the passion in it...

I saw a clip of this where he was asked about his contract being 3 years and essentially would he honour it. He replied along the lines of that it's his intention to honour it and that he'd only move on sooner if...(long pause, visibly noticing the cogs turning in his head)...he was booted out before the 3 years were up. Clearly he went deep enough into his reply before realising what he was going to say, stopped, realising where he was and not so quickly made up something else as a reason why he wouldn't be there after 3 years. It's clear as day he'll be offski as soon as a demi decent English Premier side comes whistling. If i was a Celtic fan, i wouldn't be trusting this Man with my washing up.

I dont have a problem with any manager or player having ambitions..so for me thats part of football..when he left he left a club where players had a grasp of Brenden and how he wants his team to play...No our team were not the best then but we still had a chance of 10IAR ..and it upset the the rythem and balance of the team..thats what stuck in the fans throat.. call a press conference and let the club supporters sponsors etc that he was going to another club..and the timing was so crucial..thats what hurt..

@blue_red_screen Not quite grasping this are you...its the fans contribution not only as supporters they contribute towards the club finances pay for tickets merchandise etc etc etc So as a manager being paid a high wage think we have a say what he owes the club and the fans...as any manager in charge of a team...
