Glad that you take breaks when you need them, and come back only when you're ready. Not only do you eat healthy, but you have a healthy approach to social media that is a good example for other people... Also, nice to see you eating the same Cup Noodles that I eat. Such a great quick snack for 3/$1 (here in the States)...

1:32 chopping's easier when you glide length of the blade through whatever you're cutting. pressing downward is harder and dulls the knife faster. plus a longer knife stroke gives that satisfying "shuck" sound.👍
