haven't made a what I eat in a day video in a while and now that my day-to-day routine and work pace have changed, the things I've been cooking have also changed a little. I love sharing recipes, even if they aren't anything special or new simply because I know how much I appreciate recipe inspiration and seeing what other people are making. hope you find some recipe inspo 💗

lastly, i'd like to add that in a lot of What I Eat In A Day videos content creators tend to be very specific about the meals they choose to film. has to be aesthetically pleasing, has to be healthy etc. i like the fact that you showed what was authentic to you and when you were too lazy to spruce up your meal, you showed us anyway. thank you for being one of my favourite content creators x

The garlic + green onion + ginger and soy sauce combo is actually really a common thing in East Asian i can say I use this for most of the everyday no brainer cook haha it’s so good and simple! 🤌

Garlic lover here 🧄. Evergreen salads are so delicious. My go-to is El sombrero but the kale wrap looks good. Polenta looks tasty, I have never made polenta but I am inspired now. I have a similar recipe to your ground turkey but I used ground pork, jalapeno peppers, soy sauce, a tiny bit of fish sauce, maple syrop and asparagus. Last, I also make a berry compote, adding corn starch looks like a good idea. I usually add a squeeze of lemon juice. I love that you were brave and filmed in downtown Seattle and got all the nice-clean area shots and Bezos balls . Great simple recipes :)

👈🏻 100% Garlic Girl I put garlic in everything possible. And if a recipe calls for one clove, well... I use at least three 😆 I used to live in Gilroy too (here in Cali, huge garlic spot.)

I used to be a next level garlic girl until i got covid and my smell and taste got effected for life :( can't STAND the smell or taste of garlic and most types of spices anymore, i literally have to leave the room and start to gag. Going out to eat became very hard because i can never be sure i'll find something i can eat, often times i have to send back my meal completely untouched
