One of the most frequently asked questions I get is “what do I eat in a day.” I guess, as they say, inquiring minds want to know, so here’s the breakdown of my daily eating habits.
My daily eating routine is a little different right now due to quarantine, but this is a pretty good idea of our normal eat-at-home schedule. I’m working with a nutritionist to eat healthily and keep our family fit. (Let’s face it, left to my own devices I eat like a dumpster, but I’m trying to cut back on the carbs.)
In this video I share my low-carb meals, best smoothie, go-to tea, and absolute favorite treat (that I would be eating even if it wasn’t recommended by my nutritionist)!
