As someone also trying to live a healthy lifestyle and lose some weight with pcos ..this was so amazing❤ I've lost 15 to 16kg in since june 2021 and also fixed my pcos completely. I have this very special morning breakfast I eat every other day to calm my sweet tooth Lmao you can try too quirky.. greek yougurt ground flax seed , chia seed , dry fruits, seeds and fruits( I eat papaya, pomegranate, banana, apple, coconut, etc )your choice. It's like a homemade acai bowl and Just try it once and it's amazing..I'm obsessed with it. And yes you are right losing weight slowly is the best thing for your body and its sustainable. I've not lost much weight after October because I'm not working out regularly but I'm not stressing over it and I'm just trying to eat healthy and luckily I've not gained any weight. More power to you quirky xoxo💜

I never used to have breakfast for last 2 years and it messed up my whole eating routine of the day. Now i never skip breakfast and i feel a drastic change in my hunger for the day. Being a skinny, i think its really important to have breakfast🍞

I had lost 17 kgs when I was in 12th with strict diet and gym and Gained it all back within a year or so, also I became really unhappy and moody because I was not getting to eat what I really wanted to. It became really monotonous for me. And now I have started to make little changes in my diet from sometime, I eat everything I want and also exercise regularly, hence I lost 8 kgs in 6-7 months. People around me still taunt me about it but I don't care anymore. I'm not them and they are not me so what we can take from this video is we don't need to force ourselves into making drastic changes but one step at a time is really helpful and consistent small efforts can lead to a very big change.

You should try drinking hot water with lemon or jeera soaked in a glass of water overnight and drinking the water heater the next morning...it has helped me alotttttt with increasing my metabolism and would love it if you try!

I am so happy for you that your mom is so supportive in everything and even in what you want to eat ......I also want to follow some food habits eating healthy...but when ever I try doing that my parents keep telling me ..how many days will you do ....you cant follow that this ....which is very demotivating....even before I start anything

Yarr even i am doing these things and even i have lost 10kgs with a healthy but more sustainable lifestyle; i lost in 8 months, but d good thing wd slow wieght loss is it becomes a lifestyle; so proud of u Aditi. I cant agree more with all that u said in this video. ♥️♥️

@@chicwithstyle9132 started controlling my portions, stopped ordering food everday, cheat meals mostly once a week only one meal, cut down on alcohol, walked more, did some excercise for some months but i was not very consistent wd workouts. But my food habits i have changed for life, i still am a foodie but i have drastically cut down on junk and my portions; have plans on starting workouts again from February n reaching my ideal wieght n be summer ready. 🥳😊 Just condition your brain and u ll start enjoying healthy ghar ka khana; eat more veggies n fruits, less of carbs, more lean protien; educate yourself and understand ur body, once u do theres no looking back. You are going to fall in love wd yourself all over again. I do yoga n meditation n read self help books too so all that has helped me to have control over food n not vice versa, its a better relationship now 😊

Hormonal imbalance, do you mean PCOS ? I have been working out since 5 months now, I don't eat junk, sirf ghar ka vegetarian food, still haven't lost a kilo but stamina has increased tremendously and feels great, the weight is constant !

I have loose 20kg in 9 months. It's been 15 days that I'm not following my diet and workout. It feels like I've gain 2, 3 kg coz I'm eating all my favorite foods. Now, I'm feeling guilty that I gain weight also not following anything. I don't know how to stop feeling guilty for this.

Good morning quirky ❤️😘 I too lost weight of about 15-18 kgs in 10 months just at home... And yes I follow the kind of diet that you follow, and I did a hell lot of excercises coz I was damn overweight.. it's just that I prefer to have my salad some days at night and not daily, I have opt for Dalia, oats home made items rather eating roti or rice at night. It's a very great thing to do at home... Thank you for motivating always 😘💃

Yeah sure why not... From last April i.e. April 2021 I hardly had rice or roti in dinner, so basically I eat oats chila, or oatmeal or dalia khichdi, salad or sometimes a bowl sabji or dal and i didn't extend my dinner time after 8 p.m. Morning I take breakfast around 9-10 and before that I used to have I teaspoon of roasted flax seed powder in a glass of warm water. Breakfast is chila or oatmeal or smoothie made of veggies and fruits (they can be anything and recipes you can get on KZfaq, there are plenty). Lunch is around 12:30-1:30, I don't extend it, and it consists of small portion of rice, plenty of any sabji, daal and meat or fish (if you are vegetarian then you can go for paneer and plant based proteins). I eat everything with less oil and in limited portions. Then around 4-4:30 pm I did workout, that too only followed certain KZfaq channels only. After workout I used to drink lemon and ginger tea. That's it. Consistency and determination will give everyone better results.
