I love hearing about nutrition Josie, it's my passion project. I know from my own experience when I eat healthy, my skin, hair, nails, energy levels and mental health are so much better. The last time I had a cold was over five years ago. I believe it's education that everyone should know about, even more so if you are planning to or have children. I remember years ago Jamie Oliver showing a carrot 🥕 and a tomato 🍅 to school children and they didn't know what they were, let alone ate them! x 🌷🌻

It's great you're actively looking out for your health Josie but people when considering supplements should seek their GP advice, it's usual to have a blood test to determine if supplements are necessary for example those of us living in the UK are often naturally deficient in vitamin D especially in winter, excess supplements are simply excreted from the body and are a waste of money if you generally have a balanced diet. Vegetable and sunflower oils are just as healthy as olive oil they just suit different culinary purposes. By all means state what your personal preferences and experience however please do be careful when providing advice... Happy Honeymoon! x ps It would be super helpful to share your knowledge of the undesirable ingredients in supplements generally.

@sallyannc31767 ай бұрын
@@dianascott2798 of course they're not - the title is GENERAL practitioner, they're not specialists in anything. What they can do is refer you on for specialist intervention if needed. This is not needed - most people with these concerns are called the 'worried well' i.e. people with too much time on their hands and a vivid imagination to think they have 'deficiencies' that would be helped by simply eating healthily, taking a reasonable amount of exercise daily e.g. a walk, and a general multi-vitamin supplement in the Winter months.

YES, YES and YES! Love this type of vlog sharing wellness stuff, supplements and brands. I can spend hours upon hours reading about different products and brands. I’m surprised you haven’t jumped onto the colostrum bandwagon. Especially the brand Armra, its all over social media. I’m definitely going to check into these products😂 your sharing. I have struggled trying to find a good Matcha that I actually look forward to drinking. I just don’t love the taste. I’m so confused how people act like it’s so delicious. I recently heard the Matcha from Kroma is suppose to be really tasty. They said if you struggle liking matcha this is the one. So I was going to try that one next. Will have to look into the one your drinking as well. Also Kroma’s 24k Bone Broth is also suppose to be good. I’ve had a lot of health struggles (Cancer, yrs of chemo, 2 Bone marrow transplants, 5 Autoimmune Diseases, completely bedridden for 5 yrs) I truly believe Bone Broth healed me. Well not completely….Lol, but enough that Im so incredibly grateful for what it has given me. My doctors tried every drug, infusion therapy known to try and help me when my immune system started attacking me to death causing all my skin & connective tissue to tighten & harden so much leaving my whole body hard like stone unable to move. They told me I would never move again, never walk again or get out of bed again. Maybe had 3 yrs. of life. My very close friend went to work and made homemade bone broth weekly for me and I drank at least 2 big bowls a day for 3 yrs. Well I’m still here and that was 8 yrs ago! When I was finally able to move enough to get into a car and able to sit in a wheelchair my mom took me to the hospital to see my oncology team. I will never forget the look on their faces when they saw me sitting their in a wheelchair in their office. They were calling other doctors in the hospital that knew me to come to their office immediately to see who was there. They literally were taking notes asking me questions:“ so your saying you got better with absolutely NO MEDICATION, NO MEDICAL TREATMENT, NO MEDICAL INTERVENTION? You just got better laying in bed eating good healthy food and drinking bone broth😳? “ YUP! Their minds were blown🤯 Anyway, I’ve always drank fresh bone broth but have been seeing more and more the dried powder bone broth. I don’t know why it just didn’t seem like that would be as good? It just felt like the nutritional value would be lost making it into a dried powder. I did some research and I can’t find anything that states it’s any less nutritional being dried into powder form. I just got my first powder bone broth. I got the Bare Bones brand. It’s okay. Definitely has a little different flavor than what I’m use to. Always open to hearing of good bone broths to try. I make it when I can save up enough bones but I don’t eat enough meat to accumulate enough bones to supply enough daily bone broth drinking. I’ve commented this before already but will say it again…I’m absolutely loving all this new healthy lifestyle content. It may not be for everyone who watches but it’s definitely a top interest for me. Your channel has now become my top channel checking off absolutely everything I love.
