Since I didn't meal prep this week, I decided to take you along for a What I Eat in a Day / Full Day of Eating on Weight Watchers! We didn't have anything planned, but ended up making homemade pizzas! I used my stromboli recipe and combined it with Nikki Gets Fit "Detroit-style" pizza! Soooo good!!

Starting WW again after 3 years and all weight gained back. WW is the only diet that ever worked for me. I realize I need to stay on maintenance so I don't go back to old eating habits. I'm glad I found your channel. 4 days in and you've been a big help to me. Thank you!

I saw your video for the first time yesterday,. This was my second. Oh my goodness, what a blessing you are. I am doing WW. Down almost 10 lbs. Gained a few over the holidays so it is back on track. I made mini pizzas over the weekend and had my first experience with 2 ingredient dough. I can’t believe how good it is! Probably will do them again this weekend for the Super Bowl.

Yes, they are! Any of the recipes on my website have the link to WW. There are a lot of bloggers who started doing that when WW changed to the Personal Points because we couldn't give the points, so now we just still do that.

When I make homemade pizza I use a flatout bread it’s only 1 point on blue plan. I was also using Nan bread it is worth the extra points. Thank you for sharing

Oh, yes! Flatout bread would be great as well!! I made a BBQ pizza years ago with the Naan bread. I'm going to buy more and try regular pizza with it. 😋

Hi Kristi! I LOVE your rectangle plate you had for the breakfast burrito! What size are those and where are they from? I’ve swapped my Splenda for flavoured sugar free Torani syrups. I find they sweeten it up and flavour your coffee that way I can just use milk - I haven’t found a caramel sugar-free creamer or I’d use that 🙂. Love the channel! Oh and I also watch Jess’s channel, I agree she’s great! Oh and so is Nikki Gets Fit 🙂.

Hi Shawna! Thank you so much!! I got the plates a LONG time ago, and I think I got them at Walmart. I'll measure them when I get home and see if I can find something similar on Amazon. If I do, I'll come back and let you know. I forgot about the Torani syrups! I used to use those!

Hi Shawna! Just wanted to give you an update on the plates. I tried finding them on Amazon but I can't find the exact kind. The brand is Canopy. I measured mine and they are 15x6.25 from edge to edge, but that's including the angled edge. So, the area for the food is about 12x4. I think they are considered appetizer platters, but I love them for plates!

Would having Alfredo sauce instead on marinara sauce change the points much? I have GERD so I can't have the tomato stuff, but I use a white sauce on pizzas usually if I have a pizza. I saw a recipe today that used hummus for a sauce. I haven't tried that, but am thinking I might.

It just depends on the type of alfredo sauce. But you could definitely make it work. And I bet hummus would be really good on it!!! 😋

Mine didn't - it wasn't crispy like when I air fry things, but it definitely wasn't doughy. However, I did see someone in the comments said theirs was doughy, so it may have to do with how oven differ maybe.

Hi there! Thanks so much! 28 is how many extra weekly points I get. I get 23 daily points and then 28 weeklies to split up however I want throughout the week. I believe everyone gets a different value.

I got the Aldi quinoa and brown rice 90 second pack. The servings on the back are very confusing to me. How do you do it?

Hi Stephanie! Yes, when there are multiple nutrition facts on labels, it can get confusing. And honestly, this rice package is VERY confusing and not actually correct the way it's listed. It says the serving size is one package, but yet when you scan it in WW, it automatically pops up 6 points per serving. I knew that wasn't correct, so I put the numbers through the calculator, and sure enough, the 6 points are for the 1 cup serving, so WW should pop up saying cup, not serving. I usually have 1/2 cup for a serving, so I know that's about 3 points. Most things aren't like this though and WW lets you toggle the serving amount. For this one, it just doesn't give options.

What was the amounts for flour and Greek yogurt on pizza dough? And how many points is it?

There are different variations. The typical is 1 cup self-rising flour with 1 cup yogurt. That is 12 points so then it depends on how many servings you split it into. I used 1-1/3 cups like in Nikki's recipe and just did 2 portions. So for just the dough was 8 points for that huge portion. Hope that made sense.

Are there any versions for flour not self rising? My husband bought three huge bags of King Arthur's flour. Pretty sure it's not self rising.

Yes, just add 1 tsp baking powder to all purpose flour.
