Me too! Especially since I have the biggest sweet tooth. she taught me that I can still eat sweet things, but make it healthier, so, that’s when I started incorporating fruit more and oats into my diet ☺️

What's your current workout routine? I'm currently lifting and I'm reaaaally exhausted and don't want to do it anymore, but I'm scared of my body changing 🙁..Do you still lift sometimes or you just do pilates and walking? If that's the case, it would literally save me..

She has also mentioned that she focuses on consuming more fats, which almonds have. Oat milk has more carbs.

You’re voice is so soothing.🤍Entering deeper into my wellness era. I’ve been interested in it in awhile, but I feel for all of the “greens for gut health” bits, etc. Actually considering investing in a naturopathic doctor to take a deepe dive into my health issues since I cannot get any.. they just say I have a lot of inflammation
