Hi Akhila eat foods distinctly. Give some gap like one hour when you eat calcium vitamin protein foods one after other for good obsorbtion. During pregnancy eat whatever you crave in portions. But after delivery immediately dont diet. Eat a lot for long for atleast 2 years after stopping feeding also with some workouts. Then after if you feel ok then go on diet. My doctor made me to stand and walk next day of my delivery c sec. But eat good rich food after 2-3 months of delivery with minimal workout. Dont diet immediately as you will become weak.

Hey Akhila, firstly congratulations on your 2nd pregnancy. Just a suggestion, be careful with raw leafy vegetables particularly during this time. Raw spinach , raw lettuce or raw arugula, chose only organic if you wanna add them in your salads if not better boil for few mins or just sautee for 4-5mins which would eliminate the risk of any contamination.
