Chai Latte: 2 bags of chai tea + oat milk and honey
Toast (breakfast): 1 toasted sour dough bread with scrambled eggs with spinach seasoned with salt, garlic powder and chili flakes and a side of diced tomatoes, avocado with basil seasoned with salt and lemon juice
Parfait (lunch): 100% plain greek yogurt topped with banana and strawberry slices, granola, flax seeds and honey drizzle
Quinoa Bowl (dinner): Bed of cooked quinoa with spinach topped with atlantic smoked salmon, 1 hard boiled egg, avocado, tomatoes and seasoned with salt and lemon juice
