I love the book suggestion! There is so much about training and the cycle, and many women just think that their training is inconsistent in performace..no way! The cycle sets the tone and learning to work with it instead of forcing life onto it is a huge life hack! I also love magnesium, it is great fro recovery, brainpower and sleep. If anyone suffers from stress, magnesium is great for it

I have a recommendation for you, make sure they are medijol dates! Trust me on the difference, it's worth it! Idk what it is, but the taste is a big difference!

My naturopath just informed me that fish or kill oil if taken in too high of dosage can cause random bruising because of its blood thinning properties. I just wanted to mention this because I was taking a high dose daily and started coming home with bruises all over my skin after my weight lifting seasons. I just dropped the dose in half today in hopes to fix this but if you start getting bruises then that could be why. Please make more videos like this, it is nice to see someone taking a similar approach to health!!

Do you happen to have any suggestions for snacking while working? I’m a teacher, and junk food is ALWAYS AVAILABLE, and it’s hard to say no. My regular meals are pretty good, but the snacks are killing the progress I could be making.

try things like beef jerky, trail mix, crackers & a dip, oatmeal muffins/cookies!

Have some self control and just don’t snack! A lot of diet success is self control, learn to say no. Have high protein high volume meals then you won’t get hungry in between

My personal recommendation is fast ! Do not touch the food they offer you, if you do its so easy to give in and keep eating alllll day lol but if u really fast u won't even crave it after couple days ! I would probably fast untill lunch time by then hopefully almost all snacks are gone ! Lol

I had a coworker who would always say no to food and was super strong with discipline! She was an mma competitor and trained a lot and wow it’s possible if you really want it 😭 drink a lot of water and more Whole Foods to snack on
