Today I am sharing what I eat on a typical Saturday.. I definitely eat a lot more treats at weekends and when I usually make these videos, they are week day meals that I show and lots of you ask where my treats are!!! Its also Chris' birthday in this video and so the treats are flowing!!!

MEALS & INGREDIENTS:
Breakfast: Sesame seed bagel, smoked salmon, cream cheese
Lunch: Spelt sourdough, avocado, extra virgin olive oil, salt & pepper
Dinner: 4 chicken breasts, 2 cups rice, 2 bulbs pan choi, 1tbsp Thai red curry, 2tsp fish sauce, 1 tin coconut milk, 300ml veg stock, 1 lime juiced, lemon grass stalk.
To serve: coriander, spring onions, lime wedge
