My mom taught me if your wanting to lose weight don’t go on a diet because it messes with your mental health & when u make yourself not eat something you end up craving it & eat even more than you did before the diet. My mom is 38 & works out constantly to stay in shape & she said she just eats little portions of food & if she want a snickers bar she’ll eat it but not the whole thing! She limits the bites she eats! It’s worked for her! Hope I helped some people!
