💌 [open for (1) new message]
hi friend! as mentioned in the video, i have been quite busy working on a project that i'm keeping a secret for just a little longer. i haven't had much opportunity to vlog my days as they have been fully focused on the project hehe. i can't wait to share it with you shortly!!
in the meantime i thought i'd film a "what i eat in a week" video, but across only a few days i guess lol. hope you are doing well~
take care,
annika

Actually, as children the taste buds are far more sensitive to specific flavors, which is one reason why children tend to be picky eaters. As we age, the taste buds chill out, and the palette is able to expand.

I love your food vlogs because they inspire me to eat healthier. It's always interesting to see what you're eating/cooking, so thank you for posting videos like these. As far as the tastes changing thing, when I was a kid I used to ABHOR onions. I couldn't stand the smell, texture or taste of them, and I refused to eat anything that had even the slightest hint of onion in it. But now that I'm an adult I love onions. I now eat foods I used to avoid, like salsa, chili, etc., and I love the bold flavor that onion adds to them. I even like the smell now. So yeah, your tastes change as you age, sometimes in very unexpected ways.

Sorry what do you think is healthy from anything she has eaten? Besides the salmon, spinach and tomatoes/ white rice? I loved this video but it wasn’t healthy!

This is not healthy at all. Not even a single fruit for breakfast, no fresh food, all food is fried and processed. She doesn’t eat any fruit which is crucial for our health (leading cause of obesity is people not eating which fruit). Pls don’t eat this thinking it’s healthy bc it isn’t. If I ate like that my stomach would be in pain every day lol still looks delicious! But it’s definitely not food you want to eat every day. Still love her videos tho

@@shamsalsharif4041 i know, it s maybe wierd to you, but for example tiramisu, a traditional italian desert has cream that contain both raw egg white and raw egg yock. No one is worried about that. Or for me, i never eat hard boiled eggs. The yock needs to be runny and undone. Some people crack a raw egg into smothies too. There is also a shot that has just a raw egg😂😂. To be fair here it s safe to eat raw pork too in most countries. I ate a german dish that had minced raw pork and onion on a piece of bread for example. In my country we eat raw pork fat and pork skin taken straight from the animal s body. Also, there us some japanese type of omllete that leaves most of the eggs undone and it s absolutely delicious. It s ok if the food saftey of the country is fine.
