colie, thank you for this video. ✨ i’m in recovery from an eating disorder, and most youtubers who post “what I eat in a week” videos end up being very triggering for me. i can confidently say that your “what i eat..” videos is so different. i always feel inspired to nourish my body when I watch your videos of this. right off the bat you said you try not to restrict yourself from any foods, but you still take care of your body and health. that is so important. nicole, we may be the same age, but you are SUCH an inspiration. I hope you look at yourself and feel proud. you are a BEAUTIFUL person, inside and out. your videos are so motivating and always make me feel good. i could be having a bad day, but when I see that you posted, I always make sure to watch. i’m sure people comment this stuff all the time, but I want you to know that I am proud of you.
