Love seeing veggie dumplings, those used to be one of the things that I'd say I couldn't be vegan for, because how could I refuse my mom's dumplings? Now I make them really similarly as you did, but I'll also throw in a faux meat burger patty (wish I could buy Impossible or Beyond where I live, because those sound like they'd work even better) and it helps the ingredients bind together and makes them more filling! A couple of my non veg*n friends really liked them, too, so that's a win!

I grew up in Jersey City, NJ a 10 minute Path train ride to NYC. I often went to Chinatown to shop and find cool stuff. I always felt its so overrated. I mean if I spent thousands of dollars to visit there I'd be disappointed. I am two hours away now and would never care if I never went back again. You are more cultural and artsy. I definitely think visiting your family was cool. It was cute when you weren't sure what your grandmother said lol. Loved Tori's green hat... Love you lots!!!
