Please everyone remember when watching these videos that EVERY SINGLE PERSON is different, every body is different, everyone needs different amounts and types of food to be satisfied and happy, so PLEASE do not compare yourself to anyone online, including your favourite KZfaqr, ever. All of this food looked amazing, but I know personally it would never be enough for me, and that’s okay!! I can still appreciate the deliciousness, find meal inspiration, and be happy for Grace that she is living her best life ❤️❤️

PREACH DAT!!! As I always say, every body is different and needs different things to function and this is what works for mine. Hopefully, this provides some meal inspo for you all. DO NOT COMPARE YOURSELF PEOPLE, love you allll ❤️

Enough for you?? Dear Jesus how much do you eat? She eats like a teenager boy that plays football or baseball fulltime. Way too many processed crap and snacks.
@Nat-qj6cr2 жыл бұрын
I think I eat a reasonable amount but I'm 5 foot 10 and diets depend on the amount of activity you do. Also everyone has different requirements it's not as easy as one type of diet fits everyone.

I’m so glad Grace didn’t feel like she had to have a “clean eating day” the day after she was eating out with her friend. Instead she was like “gotta keep the good food moments going”. Such a good mix of “healthy” home cooking and eating out and snacks.

Hi Grace, loved your WIEIAD video and as you were asking for ideas for your main channel a few weeks ago, I wondered what you thought about showing the Booth food haul from 1 week, or a few weeks? The videos covering Aldi, Tesc Sainsburys and/or Lidĺ seem most popular. Thanks so much for working so hard on the content and how about some more involvement from Papa Booth? I would both Mama and Papa Booth but I know your mum isn't keen on being on film.
