disclaimer: I never eat like this lmao I just decided to eat whatever my mom made for a week (me no cooking basically lol and hence called Indian edition) and yay it was a very fun and delicious week!
Chocolatechip muffins: (I forgot to add banana)
1 1/2 cup oat flour
2 scoops salted caramel/ vanilla protein
1/3 cup coconut sugar/ jaggery
1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
2 overripe bananas
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 tsp salt
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 cup milk
1 tsp baking powder
1/3 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla essence
shit ton of chocolate chips
Add apple cider vinegar, baking soda and baking power to milk and set it aside
Blend oats, sweetener, cinnamon and protein
Mash your bananas and add to milk mixture along with peanut butter and vanilla
Add the dry to wet and stir
Lastly, add loads and loads of chocochips and pour the mixture into a muffin tray
Don’t forget to top them with more chocolate
Bake them at 200 degrees in preheated oven for around 25 minutes
