WHAT I EAT ON A LAZY DAY

6 жыл бұрынSome I am lazy don't feel like cooking a ton, so these are some quick meals I normally make on days like those! On extremely lazy days where I don't cook at all I usually just get takeout, but these are for those in-between days where you don't want to spend money on food but you also don't want to spend a lot of time in the kitchen. Every time I follow her exact recipe and even other vegan cookie recipes, my cookies always come out very...doughy if that makes sense. They’re thicker and don’t flatten out like hers to be soft and gooey. I even make them into flat cookie shapes before putting them in the oven but same thing happens. Does anyone know why this happens or have any tips?! Hers look so good and I’m just not sure what I’m doing wrong 😩

Keep the cutting board, it's the Best, i have the exact same one. Only downside is whasing it.

You should try the potato rösti with a sweet apple puree.. tastes awesome and that's how they eat it in Germany and Austria

yes definitely keep the cutting board, my mother has the same exact thing she's had it for a little about 5 or so years now. It works great and it allows for more cutting room than a standard cutting board.

Hey Liv! You should definitely keep the cutting board :) my mom has it and I love it. Unfortunately I'm sharing my place with roommates and I would rather keep my board in perfect condition, so I'll buy one when I live on my own haha. Ikea food is surprisingly delicious and it's so convenient to reheat it whenever you have a lazy day. I wonder what other stuff you got at Ikea 😁 congratulations for your course!

Cutting board looks nice against the dark counter. Nice contrast. I have a cheese board that is 3/4 marble and 1/4 wood and I love it on my dark counter tops.

I love that you're from Halifax :) I'm from Winnipeg, currently living in Toronto but my mom is from there and her side of the family still lives in Halifax. I feel like every vegan youtuber is from Cali so it's nice having a vegan cook close to home.

you can also eat these Potatoepancakes - ('Kartoffelpuffer' in german) with something that is sweet, like applesauce or marmelade :)

My husband and I LOVE the ikea veggie balls. My favorite way to have them is with mashed potatoes and Brussels sprouts with gravy on top. Yummmmmmmmm

Potato Pancakes? :D Funny. We call them "Kartoffelpuffer" and eat them with applesauce. Your way too eat them is very interesting! I have never seen them in a German Ikea :( Really like your video - as always :)

Your cookie recipes are my absolute favorite! I made 3 varieties of them for a group of 30 first year university students and they couldn’t believe that they were vegan!
