Less than a minute in and I’m so happy to hear he just gets coffee in the morning. Not some weird tea, or green juice or water with lemon or detox drink. Just good old down to earth coffee (and then water lol).

Nadal: intraveneous peptides that build muscle mass. Djokovic: gluten free sleeps in the hyperbaric egg. Paul: eats whatever they have at the site, a lot of candy. The only thing true is that everyone has different aspirations for themselves.

Love Tommy Paul and love this video. I like what he eats but not exactly a diet I would call healthy. May not help his performance or help him last for all that many years. But he's enjoying himself.

It's crazy that these guys are elite athletes and have no idea what nutrition is. And that's true of most tennis players. They just eat so much garbage. They'll be fine in their 20s, but watch him from 30 onwards... If you want to be the best, you gotta eat like the best (Djokovic, Ronaldo, Messi, Lebron etc...)
