By standard FTC Law you need to display that is in coordination with Princess Polly, and you are being paid to share these items, or were compensated in some way. To share with your platform that this is actually what you’re going to be wearing is wrong. Because usually more often then not these items get sold on your poshmark or are given away. Be honest Emma. And I’m most certain that Princess Polly, is aware of this law also. KZfaq has been notified.

@@JB-xz3bw yes but it’s a governmental law that it needs to be documented in written text. And that further more so proves when saying “thankyou” that they were sent and not purchased with her own money, therefore this video is like a live catalog not necessarily what she’s actually wearing. If she relabeled it as Princess Polly winter collection that’d be different.

all brands have to approve captions and videos, so if they do not say anything our include it in the contract then the influencers are allowed to post. This results in the FTC having to contact the brand about what their influencers need to include. This has nothing to do with her and if it did her management would have taken care of it :)

@@Sarahxxxxxxxthat’s an excuse she uses. People aren’t hating on for her no reason. They offer constructive criticism (albeit some don’t) on how she can improve videos and be more genuine. You have to understand the difference and stop giving her these excuses. “People hate me when I’m real blah blah people hate me for no reason”. That’s not true and she knows it
