These are not the recommended answers for a video introduction at Etihad; this is how I answered and successfully advanced to the next round of interviews. My virtual assessment will be held at the end of September. Afterwards, I will create a video explaining what you should expect from it.

@@spacehintHi zara! I also passed the video introduction but used my iphone for better quality, only the website had a lower volume capacity. You think that will be okay for the recruiters? Im worried we’ll get rejected because of that. 😢

@@etihad.dream2024 Exactly the same thing happened to me. Used my iPhone do record the videos on link they provided, but the audio volume was sooo low. It was an issue on the plataform they provided thou, since i tested my phone a few times before recording and it was working just fine. Hope they are aware of that and take that into consideration as I was almost screaming and the volume still turned out low. Good luck to us!

Would like to share with you all that today I gave my Etihad Airways' video assessment and the questions were 1. Introduction yourself, including your height and work experience. 2. What inspires you to join Etihad Airways .3. Roles and responsibilities of a cabin crew.. You can give multiple retakes and take as much as time you want just make sure not to turn the screen off .. Hope you all clear your assessment.. good luck

After sending my video i tried clicking again on the link they sent to do the introduction again and it was allowing me to do it again as if it was not registered in their system that i already use it. I hope it really went through

I spent three days getting ready for the introduction after receiving the link. Despite upgrading to a HD camera and testing it successfully, the provided link didn't support my new camera or lavalier microphone. This was disappointing, so I had to resort to using my iPhone instead. As a result, the video quality suffered, and the sound was not as clear as I had hoped. Questions: 1. I did my mine 4 days ago, I had 4 questions all with 30 seconds timer, I have no experience in aviation but i have the knowledge and I did not made it pass this stage. Advice for those with no experience made your answer very very strong within the 30 seconds period.

@jggirado hi, just did mine today. There were 3 questions and lasted 1 minute each. 1. Introduction and work experience (just like Zara) 2. What inspired you to applied for Etihad (standing up) 3. Which are the roles and responsibilities of a cabin crew (standing up). After submitting it, a page appeared saying that my videos were successfully received and I will get an update as soon as they will be in my country. Therefore, I am not sure the second eventual virtual assessment will be online. Do you guys received the same message after submitting it?

I wish I could help, but I am not interested in working for Emirates anymore, and I am not going to attend any other interviews. I can advise you to address the GPT chat; it's a really super helpful instrument in preparation for an interview.

if we got selected for Etihad weather there will be any hr person would come to our country and be involved with joining process or all the things should be done by ourselves

In case if you are selected, you will sign all the necessary documents , scan it and send them to their email. So all the process is conducted online, no one is going to come to your country) you do everything on your own, and eventually they will send you the air ticket, and you meet an Etihad hr only in Abu-Dhabi

Hi, I don’t do personal CV reviews, but you can check my Instagram highlights, and find there a post, where I analyze most common CV mistakes.. maybe it sounds to obvious , but to succeed in flying jobs you have to be a self leaner. Hi, you can watch my next video about VA, and try to answer the questions I had, like why Etihad, why you left your previous job etc.. record yourself answering questions and than analyze your answers, would you hire yourself at this stage? I wouldn’t say that the conversation with recruiter is difficult, but the English test itself is quite challenging . Read more about it in my highlights in IG 🙌 good luck

My phones microphone worked amazingly when I tested it, I also had connected to Wi-Fi as they suggested but unfortunately the site lowered my audio a lot and I couldn’t change my device mid Video Introduction so I kept it regardless. I suggest to everyone to use laptop and not phone!

Hello! I did the same thing with my iphone and wondered why the volume was so low. I still sent it anyway because my laptops mic had issues. Hope they can still adjust 😢
