What I spend at Aldi for my family of four (My husband's birthday week edition!)

In this video, I went to Aldi at 6PM which is something I never do! We had absolutely no food and I saved grocery shopping for last-minute so I had to rush-shop to get back home in time to make dinner for the family! Haha. This week is also Matt's birthday week! So I accounted for that which is why the total is less because the money will shift toward meals for going out. But I was still so happy with my total because I added extra food for when my parents help babysit! Hope you enjoy!

For the avocados if they are underripe put them in a paper bag. They will ripen themselves faster. Also, pinching them to see ripeness is a better indicator than looking on the outside. That type of avocado sometimes looks mottled on the outside but is still hard inside and so you might still have been able to use them. You want them to be a little underripe unless you are using avocados the same day so they don't overripen before you use them.

We just did turkey burgers the other night too! I also did the new spiral fries from Aldi but wish I had cooked them a little longer or popped 'em under the broiler because they weren't too crispy - but they were yummy!
