What's your experience on the traffic in Bali? I've heard it's very chaotic, and that it's hard to get to places unless you take a moped taxi, is this true?

Just nomor day in Indonesian.You can walk and run using cars and motorbikes on the highway. and no one will hit you. except for foreigners who enter the rice fields on motorbikes
