30 years old and I can truly say that you’ve pushed me to make more intentional decisions. I bought Atomic Habits because of your recommendation and I am happy to say that it has helped me! What I’ve decided is that if I just do a few more things than I normally would, if I read for a few more minutes, or I devote an extra 5 minutes of cleaning I am doing something better for myself and my family! But I appreciate fiercely that you also show the struggle part of this as well. I have anxiety, that leads to depression and makes me feel overall… worthless. My anxiety gets to a point where I know I need to get up and do something, but I can’t. It’s too much. Thank you for relatable. Thank you for honest. I have so much respect for how you put yourself out there at such a young age. You’re doing God’s work babe. (I say God as an overarching theme- whomever you consider your higher power- you are doing them- and us the viewers- a great service!)
