I know there are a lot of haters on this whiskey, yet I still prefer it to many other options out there. I like it neat, or on the rocks and in an Old Fashioned. The challenge is finding it bars and restaurants. So I keep it at home with only 4 others.

If I'm mixing whiskey with ginger ale, it's gonna be a 27 dollar bottle as opposed to a 37 dollar one.

@@shanegiggie absolutely. Plus, if you're mixing it with pop, the quality of the spirit doesn't really matter whatsoever, since you're going to lose any flavours/notes that would distinguish it.

Boozer here. I refer to this as a good smoothe whiskey to introduce noobies. Must have on ice. I wanted to hate it for the gimmick but consider it a staple in the liquor cabinet for all to try. Not bad, cheers!

I enjoyed Proper Twelve, I would say keep it on the rocks. Bombay would be a good gin to try, I mix it with any citrus soda and it’s very easy to drink 🍹

One of the best Irish whiskeys I've ever had was Redbreast in a warmed-up glass. Having it warm brought out so many different notes.

Ive had Proper 12 and for me, WHEN drinking Irish Whiskey, if Im looking for "top shelf" (usually above $35+ (US) here), after trying most Brands, I find the Teelings Small Batch or Tullamore D.E.W. are the best buy for taste. Paddys is also a winner for price / taste at $19 (US) -- 750Ml. Cool review, Super OG 👍🍻

Bushmill's is the best Irish whiskey to me. Jameson is good but overrated. Proper Twelve isn't all that good.

I’ve said this you before you need to let any kind of whiskey,bourbon scotch open up (let the ethanol out) before doing a taste review 1 the flavors settle and 2 you don’t get that burning ethanol flavor watch a channel named bearded idiots they’ll show you how to properly drink any kind of whiskey bourbon or scotch and I’m not trying to be rude by any means love your Chan just that whiskey bourbon scotch are a different beast 🤙🏽🤙🏽

I was Secretly hoping its trash can't stand conor. Don't get me wrong in his prime what a force and has been great for the sport. Its his stunts with poirier more than likely spelt wrong. That annoyed me and khabib tbf. Some nasty nasty things said he's supposed to be a grown man, fucking behave like one. I know some will argue its all about getting under people's skin there's a line and he's been dancing on the otherside for too long I hope he's done with the sport. I hope he recovers and all that.
