ive been mouth taping nightly for about a month now and it definitely has made a difference for me!! i use a strip of 3m medical tape vertically across my mouth and i no longer wake myself up from mouth breathing. i'm not a great sleeper in general so i don't know that it has improved the quality of my sleep but it has worked to correct my breathing for sure

Thanks for letting me know your experience!! I actually have been doing it the last couple of weeks and it's been helping a lot. I'm going to continue to try it out and hopefully talk about my experience in a future vlog! I've actually been using like sports tape lol which I dont think is the best for my skin so I'm gonna give the tape you suggested a try! Thanks for watching

had the exact same experience with Dune!! I hadn't seen it so I watched the first one a day or so before watching the second. could def tell the first one was a ton of exposition, but it paid off because the second was so good!

I thought hurricane season was a masterpiece and you’ve reminded me I want to read paradis. Small things like these was so so brilliant and if you want more on the topic there’s some great documentaries and also a non fiction book called republic of shame. X

ooooo yes I love how unique her writing is!! They have it at my library so I'm gonna grab it once I'm done with these next few books :) and thank you for the other suggestions! I'm definitely going to check them out it's something that I've never really researched before and I never learned anything about it in school (I'm guessing they just don't teach it in american public schools) anyways thanks for watching!!

i think u would love “in the dream house”! it is my absolute favorite memoir (besides crying in h mart). i also love “solito” by javier zamora, this one is narrated by him! i’m not sure ur ethnicity lol but it’s about a little boy crossing the us/mx border i think you’ll love that also! for my book club we’re reading fourth wing and i hate fantasy so i’m hoping it’ll spark some interest lol. loving these vlogs gf 💌
