I would love monthly wrap ups for sure! I love seeing the comparison of the tbr to what actually gets read and seeing mini reviews of each even if I've seen you reading the books in other videos

Loving wrap-ups seems like the general consensus so I'm going to make a concerted effort to get better about filming them bimonthly AT LEAST! 🌸

Wrap ups are so fun! My reading varies so much month to month that I always thought it would be so much easier to just combine a few months. That way, I always guarantee I have "enough" to talk about 🥰

I like the wrap ups. I watch all the videos, but a wrap up is a nice way to put everything in one place to easily update my Goodreads TBR. And never hurts to have more videos from your channel 😊

So true! I've never really thought about how I choose the books in my TBRs, read them in my challenges, but the wrap-ups are a good summary of sorts! I'm going to get better at doing them more often! 🌻

I love a wrap-up! I don't mind if you do it periodically (like every 5 books or something like that so you can remember more easily) or monthly or quarterly or whatever. TBRs are fun because there's a lot of excitement about what's coming, but I like the true blue thoughts and reviews that come with a wrap-up - that's what really tells me if I want to read something or not. If you don't want to do a "video ends when you find a 5 star" project, you could do a 5-star prediction video and read like your top 3 contenders.

I am thinking maybe bimonthly? My reading varies so much by the month that I don't know if a monthly wrap up would always be guaranteed to be "enough" or interesting. But I think I could pull off a bimonthly! & that is so true that TBRs give you something to look forward to but the wrap-ups are like summaries of the TBRs! OOOO I love the idea of a 5 star prediction video!!!!! Thank you!!!! 💕

Okayyyy, first of all yes to monthly or quarterly wrap ups whatever works for you. Love all of your videos ! ❤ Also, I know you aren’t a big thriller reader, but I’d love to hear your thought on None of This is True by Lisa Jewell. It was my favorite thriller last year. It put me in a major thriller slump bc nothing seems as good. 😴

😴 This was another great video as always. I enjoyed watching. Definitely do monthly wrap ups because i do enjoy watching them. I had the same problem that when i did a reading vlog and would share all my thoughts on a book i didn't want to make a monthly wrap up video afterwards and would feel that there was no reason to make one if I'm just going to repeat myself. So I was able to solve my problem by only sharing some thoughts in the reading vlog and then sharing the rest of my thoughts in the monthly wrap up. I hope that my advice helps. 💕💕💕

I love wrap ups because I put vlogs on at night and sometimes fall asleep. I like to run through for high and low ratings. People’s most surprising. I’m also huge on stats.

Hey sorry I haven't gotten back with you in awhile. I still haven't come up with a book we could read together. So far you've read most I've thought about picking. I love wrapups either way. Some book tubers do monthly, some quarterly or every 4 months. I'm happy with either way you do them.

Do I like wrap ups.... hmm.... if it wasn't obvious, the answer is yes haha. I work at a library so getting other peoples opinions on books even if I have already read it. It helps me with recommendations. And keeps my mind full of other novels I have never heard of that some patrons may like. Now, I don't like *everyones* wrap up videos! Because some people are just dry with it, but your personality and the way you discuss books makes every video of yours interesting ❤

I read the first chapter of The Prison Healer and gave me Throne of Glass vibes. Haha, I love it. Don't except anything to crazy it's just alien smut. XD. Good to hear about Ruthless Vows because I have heard mostly disappointed reviews on this book but I am going to be reading it eventually. I might actually read Bride then because I could not get into her other books and couldn't finish because I am just a chemist talk person. I told one of my sister's about almost reading this book and told me I should read it so looks like I may pick this book up in the future. I am doing a five star read video at the moment and wondering if I will get one while doing another videos that I am in the middle of. From an avid booktube watcher I have heard that some people prefer watching wrap ups then reading vlogs for book summaries and recommendations. I personally enjoy monthly wrap ups. Hopefully that helps and gives you some prospective on doing reading vlogs/monthly wrap ups. Has always hope you are having a wonderful day and happy reading! 😴

So I've only read The Assassin's Blade so far but I could totally see how The Prison Healer gives similar vibes! Hahaha it's just crazy to me when people review Ice Planet Barbarians super seriously - like guys, it's alien's...doing it...calm down 😂😂 I've seen the reviews on Ruthless Vows too & I've been surprised by some of the criticisms when I see people who were disappointed because my opinions were the total opposite! It's so cool to see all the different takes on books from different perspectives! So I've never read any other Ali Hazelwood yet but I've heard that Bride is VERY different & doesn't even seem like the same author, so that may be the one for you to try! Ooooo I can't wait to see your 5 star reading video & what finally gives you a 5 star feeling! Lastly, the general consensus seems to be that you all like wrap-ups so I'm going to make a concerted effort to do them more often! Happy reading! 🌸

I have been WAITING TO HEAR YOUR THOUGHTS ON The Book That Wouldn't Burn. I think I loved this book so much because I was *so* into it. I was always making predictions, gasping at reveals, giggling and kicking and screaming with the whole reveal between Livira and Evar, and I had predicted half of it but I love when I can make predictions. Like, I snuck this into work to read the last 50 pages. Yes I work at a library, something it in was easy, but hiding to reading it was hard. I'm glad you gave it 4 stars❤ I was a little confused for the first 100 pages just because it needed to warm up a little it, but then BAMB, I was in it. My copy of B2 came yesterday so I need to get on it

The thing that gets me about These Violent Delights is how upset people are by the "Shanghai" representation. People say she just Americanized Shanghai. People say the same thing about Imortal Longings by her too. Like, she writes about stuff she doesn't know (which is fine, I don't have an issue with it) but does 0 research.

Admittedly, I am not an expert on Shanghai either, but it was my understanding that Shanghai is a heavily westernized city though, correct? I believe she was actually born in Shanghai herself as well, but I'm not sure how long she spent there before coming to the US.

I have never heard a good thing about *any* of Rachel Hawkins' books. Everyone always has the same complaints about any of her novels: weak plot, stupid twists, and dumb characters
