When i started going premature grey at 13 my mother freaked out, so i dyed. In my 30's i had to shave all my hair (i was losing it anyway due to chemo). I let it grow back natural and i will never go back. I gained so much confidence by learning to accept zero hair and makeup, and now i feel free. My self worth no longer is affected by my looks.

The only thing I wish I did was never to dye it in the first place....

I started the transition 14 months ago. Everyone was unhappy including my stylist. I used the dye-strip technique, putting in grey baby lights, using purple shampoo, fretting about the skunk line, worrying about yellowing of the white part of my hair. Now after battling all of this and yes a year of blending in growth with old dyed hair through using grey haircolor throughout my length. I am a happy grey hair chic person. I get complements everyday from strangers, at least 4 women telling me at the Salon, how amazing I look! Everyone must make the journey on their own. I look forward to another 15 months by which time my natural grey hair would reach my chin! The trick for over 50s is to keep dying your brows. Don't let them turn grey, that actually ages the face. Wear makeup, eyes, cheeks, strong color lipstick. Bright and we'll tailored cloths. People will not see your grey hair as in old, but a really chic and dynamic woman!

I'm 10 months into the grow out. I would've been completely grey by 24 if I never started dyeing my hair. I wish I never started in the first place. I wish people would understand that grey doesn't equal old!

I stopped dying my hair 6 years ago. My hair is down to my waist now and is completely dye free!! I love it! My white streaks and gray hair are awesome! I'm 56.

I wish I had known how beautiful my skin tone would look without the dye! I’m Asian/Hawaiian/Caucasian and for the last 10 years (which coincided with dying my hair😳) thought my skin color was funky. But once my natural color grew out a couple inches i realized my skin color was really nice! It was the dyed brown that made it look icky

The fact that some people feel entitled to tell others what to do with their hair or any other part of their body or criticize the way it is and insisting that it should be changed and "fixed" to some arbitrary standard of beauty never ceases to baffle me. It's YOUR body and only you have authority over it.

I stopped dying my hair in 2020. It was tough for a while just because I was self conscious of it looking unkept. I kept telling myself that I need to be brave and do this as I was completely tired of the maintenance and really wanted to embrace my gray hair as something to be proud of. Our society places too much pressure on women and aging and I hoped others would be brave too if they saw mine. Dying you hair, especially dark colors, is harmful to our health. It’s been almost 3 years now and I must say I’ve never gotten so many compliments on my hair! I’ve focused on keeping it healthy using a natural shampoo bar and rinse it with a diluted apple cider vinegar. It really feels good to not have all the chemicals anymore.

After my chemo my hair grew back with no grey I'm 50 and it surprised me

I’m 30 and I have a couple of white hairs (3 or 4). I decided to never dye my hair no matter what. Now, my hair looks good and young, but I wonder what my hair will look like in 10 years. I am preparing myself to love myself with no makeup. I don’t wear makeup as much as I did before, and I’m loving myself without it. It freed me.

When I had chemotherapy, all my hair fell out (of course) and I thought this would be the time to go gray ( I was 60), so I let it grow. And I found that for me, the gray made me look old and sick. The blonde I had been using didn't look very good either so I went for Auburn. And for now (I am 70) dyeing auburn is the way to go. Maybe I will feel differently when I am 80! LOL

I'm 57 and I decided today, in 5 minutes after talking to the stylist to just do it. No regrets. No emotional tug of anything. Here's why :) For the past 5 years my hair has been at waist length. I had used a nicer to environment brand to color greys and stay as close to my natural ash black hair color. I have zero wrinkles and seriously didn't want to "embrace the grey". Why should I? I don't wanna. Yes, I sound like a child and I didn't care. For the past 2 years I slowly toned the color down but didn't apply it to my roots. Then, 3 days ago I decided im gonna go for it and do biolage process!! However, much to my surprise, within 5 minutes of hearing EXACTLY what the process would be, the torture to my hair And the expense I said "OH HELL NO"! LMAO 🤣 the stylist thought I was going to walk out and make a scene because I was not told it would be a 3 to 4 step process at an average of $100 an hour!! For an approximate total of $1,000. AVERAGE 😆 so, I said "Let's just layer it, shampoo and style, cut off ALL the color section". She was reluctant because my hair would go from past my waist to barely shoulder length. Do it! It's just hair. It'll grow back. I've had it past my butt and I've had pixie cuts. I've had perms and I've been a redhead. I'm tired. I'm done. As for the yellow coloring that comes with it, when it comes. It's ok. Hydrate. Eat well. Love myself and the body im in. Especially my 👑 glorious hair at its natural state. I don't have as much grey as I hoped I had and surprisingly, I'm wishing I had done it sooner.

Great video 😊 I’m a hairdresser and I have been making a conscious effort to plant the seed for people about going ‘natural,’ even if it means I lose a colour client. I tell them there’s many ways to do it and it doesn’t have to be scary and if they don’t like it you can always colour it again :)

I let the gray grow out during pandemic and work at home , about a year but got the box out last week and gotta say, I felt refreshed looking ten years younger in the mirror. I’m in my 50s but the box is like makeup to me...I’ll give it break but it’s a treat to do whenever I want.

Decided to stop dying my hair this year. I've had grey since the age of 12. This is all new, but I'm excited. I'm just a little tired of the comments from people around me about my hair.

Grey is beautiful. And grey doesn’t make you look old, your face does. Just because you color it, it doesn’t erase all of your old lines on your face. You’re not tricking anyone. By the way, I’m old. My 89 yr old mother in law thinks she looks younger with colored hair, common! She looks 89!

Decided to let the gray grow out 3 months ago and Saturday I had my hairdresser cut most of my hair off. She wouldn't go as short as I wanted, but it's much shorter than I've had for many years. I think it will make the process easier. Thanks for all the tips.

I went grey 3 years ago due to an allergy to the hair dye. I was scared. Some people supported my new look, but not everyone. Since my transition, I have a great appreciation for long hair. I love long hair in every color, natural or not. If I had known how gorgeous my silver tresses were...it would have happened much younger.

You do you but I will never quit dyeing my hair. The last outing my mother did at age 90 was to her hair stylist to get her hair dyed. She looked 25 years younger than her peers. I’ll be following in her footsteps.

I'm high risk for Covid so I used this stay-at-home time to transition to gray. I let it grow for several months and then literally cut it with my husband's hair clippers to a #8. After clipping it twice, TADA, I'm all natural color and gray. The hair cut looks atrocious, but I'm stuck at home due to Covid, so who cares. (And all I have to do right now is towel dry my hair and fluff it for 3 seconds with my hands.) By the time I'm vaccinated and the Covid cases are significantly down, my hair will have grown out enough to allow my stylist to shape it for me.

I stopped dyeing over five years ago and my greys don't yellow. Guess I'm lucky? My mom's greys don't yellow either. I got super lucky, I got streaks on my left and right temples and I love them. I have zero plans to dye ever again.

I love your confidence and decision to go grey! I was a brunette and started to get grey at 35 and I didn't notice it, but my 5 year old daughter did. She was tearing up and asked me why my hair was like that. I think I had like 2 grey strands. So to stop her from crying I told her I would get it the same color. I box dyed it just like my mom had done for years, and my daughter felt better. I will be 60 in a few weeks and have always dyed it. I never wanted to get highlights or do the other fun looks mainly because of the time and expense. But because I was working from home during Covid, I decided to see what it would be like without coloring it for 2 months. Well it wasn't grey - it was white. And while I am Latina and I'm sure it would look nice on me, I just don't want to age my look. So I decided to box dye it Amethyst and I love it and get comments on it when the light is shining on it during a Zoom call. And it is interesting to see how much hair would have been grey since May 2020 - 4 1/2 inches. I am still young at heart and love this different color. Maybe at some point I will change it to a different color - time will tell.

I’ve been going grey since I was 12 and my dying journey began. I’ve been dying my hair for 41 years and I decided December 12, 2019 was my late dye appointment. So what made my transition easier was the onset of COVID-19 & one year later I’m fully grey. I’m so happy with it.

I think some people believe you need to "experience the journey" of going grey and see using dye or cutting your hair short to transition more quickly or easily as cheating yourself out of that experience. I personally don't agree with that as I don't see anything gained by dragging out the awkward process. Some may say you gain resilience and patience, but there's plenty of other challenges in life that help with that.

For me a soft transition with dye on top sounds the easiest and almost natural in the sense that it allows for me to slowly accept the change in my relationship with others. When I first let my hair grey and cut it short after a long illness my 8 year old daughter said her friends had asked her if I was her grandmother. My face and my spirit, like yours, is quite young so I was actually hurt and decided to dye it again. Now I am back to having two shades and your suggestion sounds like a softer and more bearable transition. Thank you again!!! I am very grateful for your sincere and kind approach!!!!

At almost 60, my grey is still less than the dark brown. I haven't dyed it in 10 years. I have been waiting for more grey and then get a blue streak. Cause I want to swear a blue streak!

Love your philosophy. Ever since my mid 50's, I've been obsessed with grey hair. However, I would not damage my hair by bleaching and dying it that color so I started going natural by embracing my natural hair texture. Funny thing was as I started to become my curly haired self my grey hair started looking really good to me too. I decided then to do both so I went curly and grey at the same time. With Covid disallowing real hair cuts my hair has grown over 4 inches. I'm imagining myself with a wild curly silver mane and I'm not mad at that. I only wish the grey would come in faster

I’m growing out my grey. It’s about 2 inches out. The rest is dyed. I’m using a hair topper for hat matches my dyed hair. It covers the whole top of my head and looks so realistic. Nobody can tell I’m growing out my grey and I’m not tempted to mess with it because I can’t see it. Godivas secret wigs has great hair toppers. Very realistic

I just went straight into it, with the separation line and two-colored hair for two years, now it's 100% gray and it's grown passed my shoulders. Dye strip, never heard of it but it sounds like too much for me, if you can just let it grow naturally. And yes, grays definitely need more maintenance since you no longer have all the conditioning that comes with the dye. I use temporary colors like purple to color my ends or some hair stripes and I don't see anything wrong about playing with your natural hair or even transition by silver dying it, it's very personal and you should chose the one that fits you most.

When I let my hair grow out- my biggest issue was the colors I chose for my wardrobe and makeup. I had to learn what makeup looks best. I went for the minimalist look. A light base, mascara and lipstick which I use on my cheeks as well. I love my gray ( white and silver) hair! It did take a while to accept I was at ‘that age’. Lol

So glad I stumbled onto your video. I am 58 and I have been colouring my hair since my 30's. I have not felt ready to go grey and believe me, there is lots of grey under there. After watching you and hearing about the dye strip technique maybe I can start to ease my way into it.

I let my hair go grey 3 yrs ago. I think the secret to going grey and not looking older is to keep a young hair style and not a short old hair style.

Just a few days ago I came to the realization that I don’t want to dye my hair anymore and see what my grays actually look like. I’m a little apprehensive about the journey but I’m also wanting to do this to strengthen my inner journey as well.

I’m just thinking about it 🤔 I have discussed options with my hairdresser but if I’d known we were going to be in “lockdown” for so long I would have started at the beginning of this year (2020)🤷‍♀️

I wish I'd known how freeing it would be! Trashing everyone else's opinion of how a woman should look and just looking like me is the best thing I've ever done for myself. I'm 58, and I love ❤️ my gray hair.

I stopped dying my hair 18 months ago, and my hair has never gotten yellow. I think the reason for that is that I don't use any products. The only thing I use on my hair is a totally natural shampoo bar. I think it's the chemicals that turn your hair yellow, and then you have to buy more chemicals to take away the yellow. It's all about getting you to spend money. I think the reasons for going gray will have a great impact on our opinions. If a major reason for going gray is to get away from the chemicals, to get away from all the damage the chemicals cause to your hair, your body and the environment, then you are going to be against using chemicals during the transition. I have gone cold turkey, and I am very glad I did. My hair is stronger and healthier than I can ever remember it. When I look at it, it is good to know that it is completely natural, and that I am no longer harming the environment or me. That was my main reason for going gray, and still is. I also love the fact that I am no longer spending time or money on something that is ultimately harmful. That is all I really need to know.

I'm so glad I found you all. I made the decision to stop dyeing about 2 weeks ago. I've got 2 reasons.; 1) My husband lost his job the first week of January. When something like that happens, first thing to go over board are the luxuries. Coloring my hair is a luxury, so over the side it goes. 2). My hair has started falling out in the shower, more so than ever before. I had COVID in October '22, this started in November. So I'll be seeing my Dr. this week. Going gray is like deciding to not eat meat; there are those who want to adress health problems, those who want to save the earth and those who want to save animals. People can get quite militant. In the end everyone has to do what is best for themselves- their lives and their personal views and the judgement needs to be dialed down. My friend is going through this since her mid 20's when she started to gray. At first she loved having fun with color but now the regrowth comes so quickly and she complains of the harsh line of demarcation. She says she has bride of frankenstein white streaks but I've never seen it, even during lockdown she was on top of it. She's also older with a young child and doesn't want to get asked if she's the grandma by the other moms. Everyone has their reasons. Whatever you do just be your beautiful self no matter what you do to the outside.

My hair looks exactly like your like salt and pepper grey roots and then box dye on the ends . I'm growing mine out a year and I'm really excited to eventually looks like when the dye grows out . It's so fun and interesting to watch the grey come through from the dyed hair. alot of young people would dread it but I am all for embracing my Grey's x

I cut most of my hair off when I was around 22 years old and let my grey grow in. I guess that means I've had grey hair for 10 years now. Something I wish I had known before doing it is how many compliments I'd get on my hair. It is a mix of silver and the yellow/blonde you mentioned, so it can look like highlights, and a lot of women ask me where I get my hair colored. I've been going grey since I was 16 and was made fun of for it in high school, so I think knowing it looks gorgeous and is much less of a hassle would have helped me have more confidence about it. I'm 41 and so done dying my hair so I'm transitioning. My dad was completely grey by the time he was 40 and I have the same hair as him. I've been dying it the last 10 years so I'm not sure how much of my hair is grey but I'm ready to find out. I didn't want to accept that my hair is grey thinking it would age me, but I started watching videos of other women choosing to go grey and they look young and beautiful. I have long hair so it's going to take some time for it to grow out so I'm going to have my hairdresser give it silver highlights to help me to transition/get use to the idea. I'm sure I'll have to do that a few times but I'm looking forward to the change. Thanks for sharing your experience! I'm going to go check out the support groups that you suggested.

I transitioned in my early 40s by streaking the top layer dark brown (my natural colour) and moving a few strands back from the hair framing my face each time - I got a lot of compliments because people thought I'd streaked the grey/silver IN. This was about 15 years ago and there weren't many products on the market to maintain grey but thankfully there are nowadays. My hair is now quite long and still has some natural dark brown and has never been healthier - I'd recommend finding a good hairdresser for a regular trim and product consultation.

Don't forget to talk to your stylist about a demi-permanent color. I know they can sometimes work differently on grey hair, so talk to someone who really knows how dye works on grey hair, but my mother was considering dying her hair for my brothers wedding and she has never dyed her hair before. She was in her late 60s and didn't have streaks, but just had natural greys all over. We got her a demi-perminent wash out color that just turned the greys to a similar color as her natural hair and gave it all an overall shine and she looked beautiful and felt attractive and as the roots grew in and it washed out, it was a very gentle tranformation back to her usual self. She is in her 70s now and said she never thought about continuing to do it, and she wasn't even sure if it mattered all that much after, but before the wedding she had felt this feeling she'd never had before about looking "older" in pictures and seeing extended family who hadn't seen her in a long time. It was just a little confidence boost (like wearing spanx or a push up bra under a slinky dress to give yourself a little vavavavoom. I am in my 40s now and just starting to get the odd grey here or there and I am not interested in dying them NOW, but I also won't rule it out later. I have often played with my haircolor though, in highschool I had a different haircolor in every yearbook picture, I often did my own new thing with bleaching in highlights or bang sections or underneath sections and doing crazy colors, and even now, I love doing pink or blue highlights, so I would fully consider just using a washout fashion dye and slapping it over my grey as a fun pop of color (if it would take properly it would be nice to skip the step of bleaching).

I have grays but not enough to be called a silver “goddess “ but I’m very grateful that I found channels like this so I can understand and appreciate my natural hair color as well as loving it and embracing getting older ❤️

Loved this video! I’m a big proponent of gray hair. I absolutely love mine. If anyone is growing out their gray, Aveda has a nice semi-permanent gray blending dye that fades over time. I tried it once. The result was really natural, and dramatically reduced my gray, but I let it go back. As much as a change was fun, I couldn’t wait to get my gray back.

Really appreciate your perspective on the strong opinions with fb support groups. I’m not really into fb because of the emotional, mental and time element factors that can drain me. I am 61 and have wanted to do this transition for a long while. Decided to go fully into it for 3 reasons: 1. Healthy 2. Right time/cool look 3. Committing to the challenge for myself for 16 mos and 17 days. Lol. Special date in mind and goal to hit. Also decided on the dye strip technique as well. Best of wishes as you journey as well.

Hello, I'm in the same time line as you, last time I dyed my hair was in April for my birthday, I decided that's it and made my decision not to dye my hair anymore, I already had a silver streak on my left side, got a few compliments so now I'm going silver/ salt pepper, my indentation is the same as yours. I wash my hair with purple shampoo once a week and use regular moisturizing shampoo whenever I wash my hair throughout the week, I love the way my hair looks and feels. Yes two years, the journey will be long but so well worth it!😊❤

I started going gray at 22. Began dying it then. 38 yrs later I decided to go gray because I was dying every 10-12 DAYS!! Now I’m 18 mos in and still have reservations. I found I have gray streaks and it looks beautiful. Scheduling my next cut to remove my last bit of processed hair. Go for it ladies! Oh and the one thing i wish I had known was I had to change my makeup and wardrobe pallet. Some of my favorite colors no longer work for me. I had to purge lots of clothing, but that just meant more shopping!

I am in my 50's. I only dye random streaks of high colour - i.e. Blue, purple, turquoise. Most of my hair is still my natural colour - which is currently mostly dark with a few silver streaks. My mother is in her 80's and is about 50% grey. I feel very lucky.

You have to know that any social media group has nasty people in it. Skip their crap! And….thank you for posting this. In less than a year I will turn 65 and plan on going full-on grey. At least that’s the plan🫤. I’m going to take your advice and follow a support group. Then I will hopefully be prepared.

Thank you! It took two years to grow my hair out without losing length. The hardest part was getting past the point where I looked depressed 😝, about the first 4 months. Also, braiding helped integrate the change. I also brightened the ends by combing a color through just the brassy old growth. Yep, two full years. 😕

Girl please! If you want to transition with the help of a salon then go for it! To each their own. And LET THEM JUDGE! You don’t need people like that in your life anyways.

I grew mine out it took 2 years. No groups and no talk about it just did it, and nobody said anything. I love not dying the roots every 2-3 weeks it was crazy I’m 44 and started greying at 17. Your hair looks great.

The issue surrounding grey hair is that society (Especially younger people and men) equate grey hair with 'being old'. This is a fallacy as I know many people who started going grey at 12 or in their early 20s. I was 34 when I started to notice the odd grey hair, now at 42 there is more grey but it isn't grey enough that I would consider dying it and honestly I doubt I ever will because my hair grows too quickly and I hate having 'roots' showing. I think the silver looks like highlights anyway. 😁 Ladies, don't let people dictate what you feel about yourselves - we are all beautiful and everyone gets older, everyone eventually goes grey, it isn't the end of the world. So dye or don't dye just be comfortable with who you are! 😀💛💚🧡

I'm 73. I've been dying my dark brown hair since I started going grey in my late 20s. Over the years I've wrestled with whether to go grey. Well, about 20 years ago, I read an article on this subject in a magazine and ONE woman's story decided it for me. She went grey and was sorry she did. She said being grey made her feel invisible! She felt like people never actually saw her..she just blended into the crowd of all the other little old grey haired ladies of which there are plenty! For some reason, that scared me! I have a nice reddish brown I've been dying my hair and get so many compliments on it that whenever I ask someone if I should go grey they all say the same thing...NO WAY! And all these years after reading that, I still believe it. This woman felt she just faded into the woodwork as a grey hair and I don't want that.

Thanks for your excellent advice, using, the where the most obvious growth comes through. I suspected that the hair part with the regrowth was the key, but I thought I would need a hairdresser to turn my hair bangs silver and get silver foils in streaks, along the part. You have confirmed what I was not sure of. But best of all you have demonstrated how to pick up the hair along the part and colour it myself, no expensive hair salon trips. Yours is top of a lot of helpful tips I have seen.

Great video. I'm four months into my transition and reasonably happy with my results so far. I know it will get difficult but I'm ready to face it. But you're right about strong opinions on support groups. I've been messaged a few times to cut my hair or get the pixie cut. And a few times I've explained why I'm not ready to cut my hair yet. I don't mind but there's definitely a divide on cut your hair verses growing it out naturally. I last died my hair in May 2019, when my sister died. I really like it. However because I have curly hair not everyone knows how to cut it. That's annoying .

Im 28 and I’ve been dying my hair after going grey at about 16.. I’m so done with worrying about my roots or real colour showing so I’m pretty sure I’m going to grow it out! I have found more freedom with getting my roots done once every six weeks then having gray hair and all the worries that go with it. Going yellow, all the products I have to use to keep it up. I find it easier to just do the roots and that’s it

I started turning gray at 16. At 25 my niece insisted that I color my hair. I am a natural brunette and colored it as closely as possible. Then I got so tired of coloring it every three weeks that I decided to have it weaved. It was mid back length and I told my husband that one day I was going to come home with short blonde hair. I had that for 10+ years. Then my mother in law was diagnosed with stage 4 Brest cancer and she lost all of her hair due to chemotherapy. When it started growing back in, she had super thick silver hair. At this point I had started to have terrible reactions to the hair color. My scalp was bright red and it not only was itchy but it burned for 3-4 days. That’s when I decided that it was time to grow it out. I love my hair now. I am one out of five children in my family and I am the only one that was blessed with my father’s silver curly hair. It’s so soft compared to my dark hair. It’s mid back length and I get so many compliments.

I'm going grow my gray roots out, which I've had since I was 25 and I'm now 40 years younger. I've spent thousands of dollars keeping my hair which was thick and long, with great highlights and covered those roots every 3-4 weeks. I have never thought of growing out my roots, but now that it's "in vogue" and I've seen some great hairstyles and colors, I'm going to give it a whirl. I'm letting my roots grow out, however my hair is dark and I'm using Loreal temporary root spray while the roots grow out. I also wear a hat. I like hats and they're very "in" and I'm tall and it all works together for me. When the color wears off, I just spray a little more on. Also I'm keeping my hair cut in a shoulder bob.

Wow I'm so glad I saw this video. I love the dye strip idea. I had never heard of that. And I'm seriously considering that. I tired about a year ago, using a stripping shampoo and after about 2 -3 months, I gave in. Thank you for the information!

I have not dye my hair for several years. I believe you will absolutely love ❤ your hair. I was asked by my Dr. At the breast cancer to be a hair model. The Doctor loved my hair. In it's natural state it is wavy and curly all at the same time. Natural Grey it is my natural state I LOVE IT.

Hi from The Netherlands! You have such a beautiful face and amazing eyebrows. You will look wonderful no matter what colour your hair is. Just do what feels right for you. I have grey/white hair. It started turning grey when I was 18. I have had every color possible until 40. Then I had enough of all those chemicals on my head and let it go. I did the strip dye technique for a few months but then lost my patience and took a very short hair ut. Done😊 I am 61 now and completely happy with mij hair. Stop listening to the people who criticize you. They don't wish you well and are not important to you. It is not easy at your age but try to focus on the loving people in your life❤who will accept you just the way you are. Good luck!!

Hi, there. Is it Cat/Kat (short for Catherine/Katherine?)? In any event, I watched your video and very much enjoyed it. I am 68 and began going grey in my late 20's. Since I was born in 1953, to me grey hair equaled "old lady," and I used hair dye for years. Despite all that I'd read about hair dye, I continued dying it. Due to a Clinical Depression, I stopped dying my hair and ate "a bit too much" shall we say? This was in my late 40's. By the time I got to the 50 year mark, I had fully grown out all the hair dye. I felt a sense of freedom that was wonderful. No longer did I need to frantically rush to the drugstore for another two boxes of hair dye (I have a lot of hair, and it is shoulder length) in order to cover up the "old lady" hair color. I was still brainwashed into believing that men "greying at the temples," made them elegant, and women "old ladies." My Clinical Depression was not a chemical imbalance in my brain, but rather the brainwashing I'd been subjected to growing up in the 50's and 60's. So I find your mindset and attitude, so healthy and wonderful when you state in your video that you've stopped fighting the aging process of your body. My motto in life is "I am 30, but the body is 68." Old age truly is a mindset and one that I choose to steer clear of. My approach to life now is holistic. I eat organic, use organic based supplements, drink lots of filtered water, and one of the ways I deal with the sheltering-in-place situation is, I go to KZfaq and listen to, as well as dance to, the fabulous Rock & Roll music I grew up with. I hope and pray I can boogie to age 100!!! You seem to be on a healthy track. Good for you Cat/Kat!

This is so weird to me lol in a good way. It's interesting to see the flip side of my particular life. I have had Grey streaks since I was 16. I looked like Rogue from X-men. And now I am 42 with the coolest Grey pattern. It's always interesting to me that natural things are such an issue. We should be able to do whatever we want to do to feel good in our skin. Makeup, hair dye, no make, up no hair dye. It does not mean that we have issues if we like or dont like these things. It's always someone else pushing their own agenda and projection of their insecurities. Being divisive about beauty creates so many issues. We should simply lift each other up, ESPECIALLY if we don't agree. That's actual love. 💚Thank you for supporting others to be their best version of themselves.
