After the 1st year I can say that also your attitude towards the books and all the materials matter. If you're saying "Eh,I have to study this material so to pass the exams" it will be hard for you to learn it because it seems that you don't do it because you enjoy it but for passing some exams. You have to be excited that you have the source for finding the answers for your questions. And like this studying becomes something entertaining,not stressing. P.S. Wish you lots of luck for the last year!

Nice to see a trainee doctor who understands that good doctors are the ones who are holistic and empathetic. I have a variety of chronic illnesses, and some doctors don't like me because I am a published scientist and thus research treatments etc.

I've been watching your videos since early 2020 and now I'm really taking your advice on how to be productive and how to prevent distractions during studying or online meetings etc. anyways, not to brag but even tho I'm starting in 10th grade (same school) I have my own study table that now is a bit messy BUT I organize it weekly. All I wanted to say is that you have changed my way of thinking despite you being a final year medical student and me being a high schooler, since yesterday I decided to be grateful for everything and now I feel content myself by simply taking ur advice and help.
