I don't know who will read this comment but still, I'm writing this. Everyone in college has the fear of putting themselves out there. You might be a great dancer or musician but still fear that "Log kya bolenge". Being a college student right now(FY) I too have that fear and I believe the only way to get past that is to put yourself out there, and not think what others think of you. Every opportunity you get whether in college or out of college even if it's a small opportunity just grab it.

bhaiya meh RV College meh hu(banglore) yaha pe language barrier bohot hai and sab kannada meh baat karte hai outsiders se zyada koi muh nahi lagta uss wajah se network karna mere hi apne college ke andar mushkil hai but jaise meh iit gaya tha fest ke liye waha pe iit waalo se hi network hogaya aaram se toh meh apni network expand karne ke liye kya steps lu jo thoda effective outcome deh(mostly outside my college)

Bhai ma toh apna class mates sa connect hi nahi ker pata 😢 . They never talk to me as a friend . I share some examples of my experience . So it was a exam day but i have no idea what is syllabus and don't have any notes bcz due to some family issues i was not able to attend my classes . On that day when i asked them for notes they said me - no these notes are not so important even we don't read these . I said don't worry i read them whether these are useful or not but they don't give notes to me . Another day we all are sitting in college park in group there was a girl in group and its her birthday on that day and everyone is asking her for party then she agreed and everyone walk to the cantine i was also with them but on the way another boy from different comes said where all are you going . They said they are going to do a party . Than the boy said he need one person to do some work every one said my name take him with you .The boy is he not joining the party everyone instantly said no no no . 😢
