I think you should have also discussed the end of the Avatar cycle. If Aang was never discovered in the iceberg and he remained there while IN the Avatar state, then Aang probably would have died after a few hundred years in the ice. And since he died while IN the Avatar state, the reincarnation cycle will cease.

I feel like the death of the moon spirit would have much greater consequences than is touched upon here. One of the more important aspects Korra explored was the increased conflict with the spirit world as the world of man advanced further and while certain elements of that story were explored in a rather...questionable manner the conflict itself is still something that would happen. And if that conflict resulted in the death of a spirit as significant as the moon spirit itself? The world would be doomed. Especially given the fact that both the Avatar and Spirit Bending are now completely out of the picture.

I think iroh would show zuko the ways of the sun warriors either he gets excepted and joins the white lotus and helps with ba sing seih or the dragons don't except him and during sozins commit he kills one or both of the dragons

The fire nation would probably win and the avatar would eventually die in the ice, as the thing keeping him alive is his avatar state which drains his energy, this is why he only ‘lived’ for a hundred years while most avatars live for 200 years.

I think its more likely for iroh to now know about the attack on ba sing se. Which means ozai would destory the kingdom and most likely ending the war in the fire nation favor (for now). Because zuko only knew because he was in the meeting so yeah this timeline is very deadly…

I think Iroh would still influence Zuko enough for him to be standing with him. He would be horrified at the loss of innocent people regardless.

I'd say with the help of the entire white lotus Iroh would defeat and dethrone Ozai. The question does become what does Zuko do? Assuming Iroh doesn't tell Zuko what he's about to do and disappears one night to go join with the white lotus I think Zuko tracks him down to find out where his uncle went. Upon finding the white lotus camp he is captured and left to be dealt with after the war is finished.

Zhao might not have been promoted to admiral, since the discovery of the avatar let to his higher position. That again means, he could not have led the army to the northern water tribe. Probably nothing would have happened. The question is, would Ozai still use the comet to wipe out the earth kingdom, since his Idea was based on Zukos opinion to the topic. It seemed like a spontaneous decision, not a plan that would have happened either way.

without him capturing the avatar zhao wouldn't be promoted to admiral and he wont invade the north

But I believe Yue would eventually restore the moon spirit, she would probably not have died as the fire nation would probably just destroy the armies of the northern water tribe. Yue would eventually figure out the moon spirit issues and realise her duty to restore the moon spirit hence restoring water bending

For Zuko, it would still be redemption to the side of his uncle Iroh, will happen albeit bit differently. Remember, without GAang, Zhao (with the help of Zuko) will definitely succeed in killing Moon spirit and likely destroying Northern Water Tribe (NWT). Zuko (won't betray Zhao in absence of Avatar) will be Welcomed to FN (Fire Nation) for his contribution against NWT, (remember as there is no Avatar to capture) as crown Prince, though likely Azula will be next in line for succession. Here, however Iroh will defend against FN during the moon spirit killing, where I think, Cross roads of Destiny speech by Iroh to Zuko will occur albeit bit shallower than in original. Iroh most likely surrender and be imprisoned, where we have direct parallel to original show. Zuko's soul searching will lead to talk with Iroh in prison, and learning about his ancestry and questioning his honour and his role in the FN. On the day of the Black sun Macho Chad Iroh breaks out to call White Lotus (WL) for its fight against FN in Earth Kingdom (EK) capitol. Meanwhile, Zuko, most likely set out to "capture" Iroh soon after the breakout, and likley encounter EK, in its devastation further questioning his honor. Azula secretly dispatched to watch over Zuko and capture/kill Iroh by Ozai. All this will be culminated in the final battle in Ba Sing Se. Although WL will most likely will try "defend" Earth Kingdom during Sozin's comet, they have no answer to Ozai. Also, without Auzula, FN most likely use their giant drill in coordination during Sozin's Comet for full attack. Earth Kingdom for all its might will perish to FN. Iroh and Ozai will have an Agni kai over the fate of the world, and Azula and Zuko will battle an Agni kai over the fate of the Iroh. Zuko, will come to help of Iroh, after learning FN's plan to wipe Ba Sing Se likely stopped by Azula resulting in Agni kai. However, both Zuko and Iroh will be defeated with Iroh gravely wounded, and escaped with the help of WL members. At which point season 1 ends and season 2 begins. On S2, Iroh and Zuko's escape and run on the background of defeated EK, and world domination by the FN. Here, on the insistence of Zuko on learning advanced fire bending will reach to Sun Warroirs and Master of fire bending. Zuko further learns Lightning redirection/bending. While they are on the refuge on Western Air temple, they were attacked by Azula & Co. Hereafter, the path of Zuko and Iroh diverges. Iroh set out to rebuild resistance and WL against FN and Iroh gives Zuko the most important mission of his life, finding Avatar, now not to gain his honour but to save the world. With this Zuko leaves to search the world for Avatar, reaching to Southern water tribe, where just recently, a novice water bender's anger towards his misognistic brother leads to finding a strange white glowing ball Where 2nd season ends and season 3 begins, with Aang learning to bend other elements, with the pursuit of Azula, and Zhao. Aang's journey to learn the fate of his tribe, the world and to defeat Zhao, Azula. Where Azula's defeat and Mental breakdown leads to back story of Zuko and his mother as well as her sort of redemption. Assembly of Gaang, maturing of Aang, path of Chakras and others to defeat of Ozai and final battle to restore the world in S4. Man I should write a Fanfic abt this. /s

I don't think the northern water tribe would have been attached and the moon spirit killed. The only reason they attached was to get Aang as they knew he was there learning water bending. Without that motivation there wouldn't be a reason to attack them when they did
