Scenario by far. Suggestion: What if Rhaenys or Laenor was chosen at The Great Council of 101 AC? At the very least a cold war would follow.

I would put a twist in there, istead of killing Jace, Larrys would kill Joffrey, He is the third child of Rhaenyra as well as Aemond is third child of Alicent and it would hitt even harder becouse he is just a baby, equals in blood and cheese, they will kill Jahaerys becouse it's worst to the green team cus he is just a kid and killing Aemond or Daeron, who are both teenagers if not adults, would not hit as hard as a child.

I need this relentless Alicent and Rhaenyra kind of situations because the show seems to be diverging from our expectations. The survival of Alicent's kids means death to Rhaenyra's and vice versa. The Dance is inevitable.

When I saw this I assumed it was about Vhagar killing Aemond when he tries to ride her. That would have just massively tipped the odds in favour of the Blacks. This is more interesting. (I'm not sure about Viserys dying at exactly the same time even if Alicent was trying to kill him. I suppose you could argue that when someone's as sick as he was subtly poisoning him and just trying to moderate his pain could end up about the same. )

What if the Tyrells had joined the Greens? What if Aegon hadn't managed to escape from King's Landing? What if Ormund Hightower survived the First Battle of Tumbleton? What if Corlys had designated Vaemond Velaryon as his heir? What if Viserys had named Daemon Hand of the King after Lyonel Strong's death? What if the Greens had used the attack on Rook's Rest as a decoy to draw Meleys away and attack the Velaryon Fleet with the dragons? What if Criston Cole had reached Tumbleton alive?

Might I suggested a video on the following topic. In the books the Stark's where not as wealthy as the Lannister's, however they where a lot wealthier than in the show. First of all Winterfell was much larger, not the dumpy keep in the show. The castle's towers are taller in the books and three acers alone are set aside for the God's Wood. At the Feast for King Robert they all dressed magnificently, including Benjen Stark who wears by far the fanciest blacks in the whole story. When they go to Kings Landing Ned orders a new uniform for his guards, silver chain mail, yes silver not iron and long cloaks of heavy grey wool decorated with white satin borders. Likewise Ned always wore his council silk as Hand Of The King and when he was stead on the Iron Throne he wore a white doublet embossed with a grey dire wolf. Back in Winterfell Bran is attacked by the wildings because of his wolf's-head brooch of silver and polished jet. This is just to go riding this is not a formal event. When Theon was living with the Starks he wore a lot of gold which makes Balon think his gotten soft. When Theon took Winterfell he ordered a crown made for himself as the self styled Prince Of Winterfell incrusted with gold nuggets and black diamonds likely form Winterfell's plundered treasury. There is a Library Tower with old and rare Valyrian Scrolls. Now look at Maester Luwin he has is own tower and servants of his own, the Starks top servants have servants. Remember Winterfell is built atop a hot spring and there are pipes in the Great Keep where the Starks live. The Starks also have a glass garden in which they are able to grow plants not native to the North what ever the season. Knowing that Sansa loves lemon cakes we can assume there is a lemon tree in the glass garden importing those seeds all the way form The Reach or Doren would not be cheap. As Lord Commander Of The Nights Watch Jon considers buildings a Glass Garden but thinks it will be costly. Lord Eddard also built a Sept for Lady Catelyn. Not as Wealthy as the Lannister but clearly one of the wealthiest families in the known world.

What if rhaneyra died in childbirth

I hope you do a part 2 to what if “Rhaenys actually did it”because I love the idea of the green faction making a marriage alliance with the Lannister’s then go to war with the black that would be awesome to hear you do a full war scenario between the two. With the wealth of the Lannister on the green side it should at the very least give even out the plane field a little then if he can get more houses to side with him it turn the war into a possibility even ish fight. I can imagine with how both the culture of the reach focusing on chivalry and the kingdom of the vale also have a culture of chivalry it might result in them joining the greens because of the kin slaying of most the the green family and seeing the ruleing Targaryen as dishonorable and undeserving of the throne. Hell maybe even Dorne might join them if one of the surviving baby’s that where in the red keep at the time of the green family massacre were promised to marry into the house of Dorne

Rhaenerya’s sons are not bastards Laenor always acknowledged them and never questioned them. So calling them “strong boys is delusional”.

As much as I like Aemond, and wouldn’t want him to die because he’s fun to watch, this would be an extremely good storyline.

Another way this could happen is Aemond failing to claim Vhagar and burning to death in the process.

I would say that Oto assassinations plan would continue and aegon and daaron would mount their dragons immediately to dragonstone to light up the entire island then hurry retreat back to kings landing. N then the remaining blacks would regroup of whoever is left while the greens plan for the counter attack. Instant like

One thing I think you missed is that Viserys would immediately have ordered Criston Cole be beheaded on charges of treason for his complete and utter neglect of his duty to watch the princes (as it was his responsibility that particular night). This means the Greens lose not one but two of their most important figures in one fell swoop, and it's entirely possible that Jace could get out of the most severe trouble by saying it was an accident and Criston being held responsible instead. This would also be the case in the sister scenario to this, namely "what if Aemond got eaten by Vhagar instead of successfully claiming her?"

I may argue that the Arryck(?) may stay loyal since Aegon doesn’t have the traits he so despised.

I have a what if thhat's been on my mind for a while. What if Rhaenyra married Gwayne Hightower? I believe it's more likely if Viserys never remarried or married Laena Velaryon and Otto started sending Gwayne to get close to Rhaenyra the way he sent Alicent to Viserys. The dance would then be between Rhaenyra and Daemon if Viserys never remarried. That another what if too, dotd between Rhaenyra and Daemon instead of Rhaenyra and Aegon.

This time line might not lead to the destruction of all the dragons

I don't think Viserys would anything much different.

I believe the king would not punish his grandson. Rae would insist that it was all an accident, the case for Viserys' character is that in favor of a loved one he would not apply justice and he would always create conflict anyway.

Aegon married Rhaenyra after Laenors death, and Heleana married Jace.
