Luke and Ahsoka find Ezra still imprisoned. Ezra is worried that Luke is still angry. He's surprised to see Ahsoka. Luke tells him that he forgives him and that Ahsoka is okay and now a transcendnt spirit. Ezra is relieved. They release Ezra and the three of them get out of there. Ezra is glad to have his friend Luke back. Luke is glad too.

WOW DIDE! It had the power of Like Skywalker was powerful and it was a Dark Side of it with Vader and Emperor Palpatine, and then with Ahsoka becoming the Daughter of Mortis and saving Anakin and Luke. AWESOME STORY!

Watching a lot of these what if and AU videos on Star Wars has gotten me thinking. While I had been partial to the Original Trilogy myself, with how the development in the years to follow gets me wondering what could have happened in the Galaxy Far Far Away as some things could have been potentially better for the characters. While some things might not happen the same way, but at least it could give us new different adventures to look at that would give characters like Luke and Ezra something more grand and epic. It would make a lot of sense if Ahsoka took Luke in and had been the best mentor and mother figure to him wanting to teach the lessons Anakin would have if he was able to raise his son the right way, and when taking Ezra under her wing both boys would grow under the same teachings and would even become like brothers. Only gone up to roughly 20 minutes into the video, but it sure made me ponder things good. At least Luke had been given more time to learn of the force and hone in on it better that would help him become Grand Master in the future.

Of all the plot holes and contrivances, my biggest critique of this story is that I wasn’t feeling the bond between Ahsoka and Luke that I’d expect to feel between a mother and son. Yes, I did see glimpes of what it should have been, but it was nowhere near the extent that a story being told in this setting would require. Ahsoka felt utterly betrayed by the Jedi after the Council abandoned her at the end of s5 of The Clone Wars. Anakin was the only one who defied the Council and fought to prove her innocence, and, in doing so, saved her life. Taking on the job of raising Anakin’s infant son would have been an immensely personal mission for Ahsoka. Not just because he was her former master, mentor, and friend, but also because she would have felt she owed him for being the only one who fought for her and saving her life. I have to imagine that raising Luke would have started out with her viewing it as repaying a debt, but over time as her maternal instincts took over, she would have bonded with the baby boy and gradually come to view Luke as her *own* son. Given the heartache and betrayal she suffered at the hands of the Order, I think that'd be pretty strong motivation for her to do everything in her power to ensure Luke never experienced that kind of life. I would like to have seen not only the hardships of caring for a baby by herself in their precarious situation, but also the joys and intimate moments that come with being a parent. Moments like hearing Luke’s first words, seeing his first steps, her emotions when he says “I love you” and calls her mommy for the first time. Moments like that. And yes, a six year old, even one as gifted as Luke Skywalker, is not going to call his mother by her first name. He’s going to call her what he knows her as, and that’s mommy. Because as far as he’s concerned, that’s who she is. Ahsoka would never forget the ultimate reason why she was raising Luke and training him to become a Jedi while keeping him safe from the Empire, but I also think that in the process she would realize that she became a mom too. In this story, Ahoska became a mother first, and then a master and mentor. That’s what I would've have liked to see much more of.

What if anakin spirit in the world between worlds saved padme by making her a force ghost or new mother if the ones. She could make him help ben solo and others saying you got to help people who are suffering from your past actions. What if anakin was piloting before attack of the clones and sensed ventress fall to the darkside as her master died and took his ship to the planet to investigate. Perhaps starting a romance as they are very similar in their stories. Also what if ahsoka taught ben skywalker as she saw him as history repeating itself. What if anakin was a jedi watchmen or wayfinder. What if anakin went with kenobi to face maul and savage instead of adi gallia. What if anakin fell in love with luminara or your own version of aayla secura romance. What if oppo rancis trained anakin. What if anakin met and fell in love with ventress just before the clone wars just after her masters death. What if anakin became a jedi sentinel like a watchmen or one of those who find younglings. What if evan piel became a mentor or second master to anakin. Or anakin became a healer either before or after his mother death could be related to his friendship with offee or alternatively what if he was trained by tra sa who taught windu and actually did not forbid attachment as shown by her relationship with tholme , they could become like a pseudo parents to anakin and train him away from the temple in azati martial arts and from trasa the living force as she is a plant lady so imagine anakin controlling plant life.

Masterpiece. You explained almost exactly my thoughts on the role Ahsoka could have in the original trilogy and how she would interact with Luke as his mentor. Or at least how I'd love to see it be. Marvelous work friend. Well done 😉👍👌.

This just made me realise, Bail knew Ahsoka was alive. He could have told obi wan at any time. In the kenobi show for instance.

What if darth vader went to darthomir to learn. New suit or perhaps more unique powers. Resurrect talzin maybe. what if Vokara Che became a mentor to anakin as anakin was being treated for bullying and trauma from being a slave. What if anakin fell in love with luminara unduli, serra keto or bultar swan. What if anakin was taught by agen kolar or sasee tin or adi gallia.

What happens to Ezra?

I really really enjoyed this WHAT IF story line of the universe mythologize. Ties so much together and gives a warm hearted feeling to all the characters involved. I appreciate a good story, this is a really good story, evolving characters in ways not looked at, and taking them down new roads that isn't out of character from the main universe. And still makes it a Skywalker story.

I really like this story, but I feel like it is not as close to the characters and who they are as it would/should be, besides that, amazing job

I know it might not make sense for a part 3 since Vader and Palps are gone but I'd honestly like to see Luke and Ezra make up/fix their friendship even if the vid was like 7min for a short conclusion. Tbh Luke has been my fav character since my childhood in the mid 90's and Ezra quickly rose up into my top 5 and this story made me happy to see them together as I've always wondered since Rebels how they would've interacted.

WOW!!! THAT WAS AWESOME!! The writing, the animation, the sound effects - it was all positively stellar!! Why did it end so abruptly, though? Some exposition would have closed the story nicely. It's too good to just cut to black at the end.

What if anakin was found by jedi belonging to another sect like corelia or those nomadic jedi who allow attachment. What if anakin went to dathomir in revenge of the sith to search for ways to save padme. What if yoda decided to swap the masters of ferus olin and anakin. So anakin with siri. Obi with ferus What if ahsoka and anakin crash landed on bendu's planet. Also what if darth vader joined thrawn in meeting the bendu and went on a spiritual journey back to the dust ball tatiotene. What if the whills turned padme into a literal force angel to save vader.

In a twist anakin was a boy with only his mom. And Luke's life mirrors that.

As we know darth vader was a natural engineer and could use mechaguru or whatever so what if he used skill to create nanobots to repair his lungs and burns while also making limbs that could conduct the force to make lightning. This could relate to inquisitor baris as she used nanobots in the bomb and he may remember nanobots and their uses. He could could also conduct experiments diguised as torture to fool sidious, learning to heal wounds, make force sensitive droids/limbs and using nano bots to manipulate mididclorians to strip or enhance the force in individuals. What I was thinking was that he used nanobots to remove scar tissue especially around the lungs and he would be dipped in bacta or bacta would be applied this would allow him breath which means he can meditate more deeply. And for the limbs, it is possible to make material force sensitive and I was thinking he make limbs skeletal looking like in attack of the clones but would then cover the we either grafed flesh from his body or flesh made from his blood and other ingredients like perhaps kyber crystal this would make the force flow from him easier and perhaps with the sith alchemy in the limbs making his force lightning more powerful. Basically an uber vader who is perhaps stronger than full potential anakin.

Without solving Ezra's destiny the ending feels a bit abrupt. Otherwise a really nice story.

Ahsoka would have been like qui gon for luke. She had that warmth and kindness that someone like luke would need. Obiwan was a good master but anakin needed a father figure who would listen to him... not a brother who keeps criticizing him. Im honestly glad obiwan died in episode 4, obiwan would have kept pressuring luke to kill vader or train him to be too dogmatic. Luke saved the galaxy through an unconditioned love for his father, vader.

Well put together visually. But the moment they learned Luke's name, Vader would've removed him from the Inquisitors & trained Luke himself. Respect for your hard work, I just didn't identify with or like the story's direction. Actually, you did have me until Vader showed up. But don't take that as a toxic criticism, its not at all. This whole story is so much better than the Acolyte….

Luke wouldn't have restored the Jedi as he would have heeded Ashoka's warnings about how unpleasant they were in the days of the old republic. If Ashoka was killed by Vader on the death star, she wouldn't have been able to return as a ghost like Ben Kenobi. Luke would have still joined the rebels and used his force-powers to destroy the first death star, but he would never have sought out Ben Kenobi or Yoda. Ben may well have died of old age by the time Luke first set foot on Tatooine, and even if he was still alive, Luke would have no idea who he was. Without their training, Luke's first duel with Vader on Bespin wouldn't have lasted for long as he would have been less skilled with a lightsaber. He would have still saved his friends from Boba Fett and Jabba, but as a grey force-user, it would have been much easier for Palpatine to corrupt him to the dark side during the Battle of Endor.

Honestly, Ashoka should’ve raised Luke and Leah this should’ve been canon and I hope this will be added to the Star Wars what if series

From her age she could be like an older sister-like friend of Luke's rather than a mother figure a teen-mom at best... I know there are sisters who take the place of their younger siblings when their mother dies or is a wreck bc of drugs &/or alc...but Idk even if they do a good job, they didn't have time to become a wise, life-experienced mother-substitute But the story is nice

Was good but ended to sharply and without luke going back to get ezra. more could be done to have more connections to other characters or events expanding the story but still it turned out well.

This was really good but it ended to quickly and it never resolved the Ezra part of the story line. Also this could never have happen in million years. The reason why Yoda said that Luke and Lia should be separated to begin with is because they would have formed and tight bond in the force and their powers would have grown and it would have attracted the Emperor and Vader to their location. Putting Ezra and Luke together with Ashoka training them would have been like putting a green neon flashing light saying come her Jedi in training. It would have taken the emperor and Vader all of five minutes to find them.

Interesting, What happened to Obi-Wan and Yoda in this timeline? I think it should have been Leia that was raised by Ahsoka.

You had me until the inquisitor showed up. There has to be a good reason for inquisitors to go anywhere. And there has to be an even better reason for Vader to go anywhere. Unless there were active reports of jedi there, they shouldn't have been there. Ahsoka and Luke should have been able to rescue Ezra, and done so without tipping anyone off that it was jedi doing it. And then following that, they would have left, knowing they might have still attracted attention. I would then see Ezra having a problem with hiding all the time instead of helping his home and fighting the empire, so he would end up leaving, and run into the Ghost crew and start working with them. Most things would continue as they did in Rebels for Ezra from there, including getting lost in another galaxy because space whales. Since Ahsoka was in hiding to protect and train Luke, Kenobi would likely fill the role of Fulcrum. At some point, Ahsoka and Luke would end up going to Dagobah, where Yoda would set them on the path to confront Vader and while doing that, they would find Liea captured by the empire onboard the first death star. Ahsoka and Luke would rescue her and then face off against Vader on the way out. That battle I see going one of two ways. Either the pair take him on together and defeat him, forcing him to retreat, or Ahsoka would make Luke take Liea back to their getaway ship and she would sacrifice herself to make sure they got away, just as Ben had done in the prime timeline.

Ahsoka could have been to Luke what Qui-Gon could have been to Anakin - a Light side devotee fully knowledgeable of the Jedi tradition, but not beholden to its dogma.

Nice, but how about an alt ending... Ashoka shows up as the Daughter. Anakin ends Palpatine and finally becomes the Father. And Luke stays dark and becomes the Son. Ezra escapes with Ashoka's help. The only mortal being left to tell the tale, but no one really believes him.
