The Balkans are home to many countries with many differences. Because of this, the Balkans tend to be a more hostile area of Europe with many of the countries within having issues with each other. One example of an issue is the Kosovo dispute between Serbia and Albania. Nonetheless, Albania will be forming its own empire in today's video.
