It's actually kinda impressive how hard Serbia dropped the ball in this one. An Austro-Hungarian collapse would have left them in a good position but getting involved with that mess _and_ the usual Ottoman conflict at once was a stupid idea that doomed the entire Balkan League.

the german aristocracy in the wwi era were very wary of merging with austria as it would upset the protestant to catholic balance in the empire.

im pretty sure germany has focuses to betray austria but they are just wargoals. maybe a interwar event fired early because of the borders

How does a fall of Austria Hungary cause a centeral power win you clearely buffed the german tech and army size before the wideo

Because the Ottoman Empire won the balkan war, which gives them buffs instead of debuffs when they lose. And Italy joined the central powers, which forced France to move many divisions away from the German front

@@broccoli_jaeger This, plus Austria-Hungary has a TON of debuffs due to their incompetent leadership and fractured state. IRL, half the reason the war in the East was so difficult was because of Austro-Hungarian incompetence, practically forcing Germany to carry the entire faction themselves. Austria, now as part of the German Empire, loses all its debuffs and gains all the buffs Germany has, giving Germany itself a huge buff to both manpower and industry. That and the formerly Austrian territory that Germany ceded to Italy was in the OTL the main sticking point between Italy and the AHE. Italy liked Germany at the time, but hated the Austrians for holding that land, ultimately leading to their decision to abandon the alliance with the Central Powers. In this version of events, Austria is no longer a factor, and Germany handed Italy all the land they had wanted, making them a firm ally.

None of my videos are intended to depict a realistic course of war. That would hardly be possible with HOI4 and alternative realities are never realistic. But here I even think that a Central Powers victory makes sense.

@@HandOfWarthat makes it so much clearer to know ı did not get offended by the video but reading the comments made it seem fair all thought ı still think that the ottoman victory would not have been that effective on the war cause they were still in a bad position in the war with bad technology 👍

@@umutatasayar2528 Okay, if you're offended by that, then you probably should stick to watching cat videos or something. It's a game. It's not real, and it's AI based. If I got pissy every time I saw one of these where my country loses and devolves into a civil war, I wouldn't have time to do anything else with my life. Not to mention the simple historical reality the game is based off of, which is that the Russian Empire was a shambolic nightmare of a country that was the biggest producer of grain in the world, and somehow STILL managed to lose millions to periodic famines. It was run so horribly that the communists actually looked like a good alternative. When that happens, you know your country is fucked. Frankly, given everything wrong with the Russian Empire at the time, It would be more shocking and suspicious if they DIDN'T lose horribly.
