No it is not a glitch that you heal with mortis's super. He just has the star power creepy harvest that heals you when you kill someone.

So this gadget can only be used once if the brawler shoots two or more shots at the same like a dynamike he shoots two bombs at the same time or like a bull or a darryl they booth shoot like a shot gun meaning its only one use but if a brawler shoot alot of thing but not at the same time like a colt or a pam or a el primo it for the entire game if you don't die this works better if a brawler shoots only one projectile
