I always wondered how much size affects the difference between players. Here's one an idea; 1 inch per goal, 5 lbs per assist.

make the player in the creation zone (not be a pro), assign it to any team, and then start your franchise

you can create a player and it’ll let you add them to a team or you can use custom rosters for franchise
