3 жыл бұрынI had considered finally doing a 'Famous Dragons as Superheroes' video this week but didn't quite have good enough story or lore ideas yet for that episode. So I figured instead I could do a sort of warm-up to that video that will come eventually by turning dinosaurs into superheroes.
So in this episode, I take a T-Rex, a Triceratops, an Ankylosaurus and a Velociraptor (sort of specifically Blue from Jurassic World) and turn them into various kinds of superheroes on a separate superhero team. Some are inspired by Marvel and DC kinds of heroes, some are Overwatch inspired and one is very inspired by the spider-man villains 'Rhino' and Lizard' I guess with a bit of hulk thrown in there.
Also, convenient timing on this vid since Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous Season 2 just dropped on Netflix apparently!

If there's a sequel to this episode, I would love to see more obscure dinosaur species like therizinosaurus or carnotaurus to be turned into superheroes/supervillains. They really need more love from the general public.

A holiday themed superhero team would be cool. Aka if holidays were superheroes. You could do st Patrick's day, Valentine's day could be Similar to Hawkeye, and easter.

Yes!!! Samas= tefling fighter with suit of armor, she kills the demons that she is sworn to kill since a oath or something... DK= wear gorilla barbarian. He a mario were enimies but after fighting in a super smash tournament against Bow-et. Bowser= dragonborn /tortle sorcerer (summoner)

This was almost Power Rangers Esk with the whole dinosaur theme, but that’s just me probably ha- I love this idea. This would actually make a cool Community Redraw, creating characters based on animals or myths would be interesting.

fun fact: the velociraptor was way smaller and the one you are using as the hero here would be a utahraptor. I still love all the designs and cant wait till we get dinosaurs as villains at some point

It wouldn't be deinonychus, deinonychus was only slightly taller than a wolf, The raptors of JP/JW was the same height as a horse. Utahraptor is a much more appropriate

ey man, I really liked the backstories in this episode, especially the anklosaurus character. The designs were great too! I haven't been present in vids lately since I've been working on a series of mine, but Ill be sure to participate in the next Popcross redraw challenge next month!

I like the designs, however most of them look like Ironman style suits. Would have liked some more variety as far as the hero types. The last one is my favorite.

@@darrenbent7601 there have been multiple fossils discovered that prove that some dinosaurs had primitive feathers. That doesn't mean almost all dinosaurs had feathers but it does mean that some definitely did. I suggest you look it up, I'm sure you'll find many scientific articles on the matter.

I've heard about this, they did a whole program on TV about what a T-Rex really looked like. They reckoned it would've been too big to be completely covered in feathers (it would've overheated) and that it would have instead have had this mane-type thing down its head and back (they called it "a feathery crown for the King of the Dinosaurs").

I think turning dinosaurs into much of anything is kinda hard. They’re not like Pokémon or dragons being all fantastical and what not. But dinosaurs, they were real, they had to obey the laws of physics. So I think you did an amazing job with these!

I'm a big Raptor Fan thanks to Jurassic Park, and I honestly thought the costume turned out well, I like the razor sharp claws, and how the costume pattern was taken from Blue. Plus thought the backstory was interesting, a superhero who enjoyed fighting a little too much, and push herself from the team after another blamed her for the lost of a sibling.

I love how the Ankolosaurs’s tooth like thing on Ankulose looks like a mustache. It really makes him look like a grizzled old soldier. And if you do a part two to this video, I would love to see a Carnotauros like super villain.

In reality the last hero drawing it wasn’t a lot of villain aspects in my opinion, I thought of it more similar to the thing from the fantastic four, and I enjoyed the whole video, amazing job Christian

Heck yeah! Such a simple yet, really fun idea! Potential idea: make supervillains known for being incredibly weak/lower level (Calendar Man, Paste Pot Pete, Condiment King, etc) and make them into overpowered super beings. Would be super hilarious! Or perhaps something with new members of the Suicide Squad in the James Gunn movie coming soon (Peacemaker, Bloodsport, Weasel, and Polka-Dot Man)

This year is the 35th anniversary of the Legend of Zelda so I would like to see some sort of Zelda video! Maybe Zelda characters if they were in other video games? Ideas: Link in Assassin's Creed, Zelda in Overwatch, Ganondorf in Street Fighter, Tingle in Cyberpunk, etc.

I can already hear the Saturday morning cartoon theme song to go with these designs... "this episode the tyrannically tough tremor rex butts head with the Triassic wall of justice Triguard but a new ally watches them from the shadows, the young enigma apex Spinez, who will he join?" I don't know potential idea maybe a younger hero based on another big predator, the spinosaurus, who looked up to tremor rex but realises he's a bully and wants to be better

A suggestion for the next dinosaur vid: Maybe you could experiment more with the scales/reptile skin texture on the clothing and armour. Anyway, another great vid!

The ankylosaur guy reminds me of some hulk villains (abomination and absorbing man with the shirtless design)...anyway would love to see more marvel DnD (maybe the villains or one of the teams fully done). Also...for the dragons...maybe toothless, Spyro (not skylanders), and drogon or another WoW aspect as heroes and Deathwing as the villain Good work as always!

I'd love to see the Raptor Squad from Jurassic World turned into superheroes. You could also do the Indominus Rex and and Indoraptor as super villains.

I'm super late, but maybe an episode on villains? Giga could be non-lethal, hybrids could be company experiments gone awry, maybe have pterodactyl or Mososourus for the idea that they do better off land in comparison to heroes. I don't know, these are your videos, just thought it could be cool. Possibly, and hear me out, Ultimasaorus to reunite the team since he shares all of their abilities.

Hey, I absolutely love this video! Ylu are so creative, and you make the best drawings on KZfaq in my opinion! You should definitely try and mix heroes with their arch-nemesis! Like mixing Thor and Loki, Wonder Woman and Ares, etc. That would be so awesome!!! (Edit): Personally, my favourite is the Velociraptor, but maybe a tail wiuld have given her more of a Dino-like vibe? Either way, it turned out SUPER cool!!! 😁👌
