What this talk should be about is to help ALL children of ALL genders to have good goals and to reach them no matter what puts them down. This will help them then and later in life which is much more important than this. They should say everyone can do this and everyone can achieve greatness if they have it in there mind and heart, That with knowledge they can build a living and with success and achievement wait for them not just females but all us humans in a colective effort
