@@delta2372 the 1929 depression fucked their economy. the idea was to modernize the army changing all the equipment after WW1, this included a new LMG (the only thing they managed to modernize), a semi automatic rifle (that was only finished in 1949), a short bolt action rifle to be used by rear-line troops (that is the MAS 36) and a new cartridge. so they are just getting every stockpile of equipment and throwing in the front

nah build level 4s, that way the AI suicides into your defenses and drains their manpower. Make sure you have air superiority by building Fighter 1 as soon as possible.

The Chauchat is hella OP. One shot LMG with such low fire rate that it negates the recoil and so you can run and gun with almost no recoil. Absolutely amazing.

First of all, Denmark surrendered after six hours. Too bad that French were the one so proud of their military and "their" victory in WW1 and hesitant to go on any offensive in 1939. And despite having combined with british bigger army than germans in every regard, they lost the war in less than 3 weeks. They got what they deserved tbh for their overconfidence.

France lost the war after 10 years of socialism, also because of the “we want no war”, because of the Great Depression, because they had to spend ressources on the Italian front, because of elitist government and general with bad experience of war but good experience of school, because they refused to invade Germany when most of the German army was in Poland, because Germany had twice the amount of ressources spent on military, because Germany had twice the amount of planes than France and Britain combined : faster and better armed, because of the maginot line, because Germany having annexed Austria could rely on more men recruited. There is many reasons but everything went wrong for france

Was supplying Germany with ressources ( Molotov pact) and also GB who did its best to military equalize France and Germany during 1920 and 1930... allowing nazi to bypass Versailles treaty limitations.... (except naval weapons, no kiding)
