Guys, did he even train in between the U6 tournament and the second encounter with Goku? I'm pretty sure strength wise he was the same obviously he grew from the fight but the difference for the fight was that he was able to use his killing techniques and he did exactly that and one shot goku and actually killed him right as goku was about to fire a ki blast that he used to resuscitate himself. Edit:So at the start of the U6 tournament even, he was capable of one shotting a post Goku Black arc and some training Goku in Blue, right? So basically Hit was already built like that to beat Rose after U6 tournament if the timeskip increase was needed or that he wouldn't have gotten far enough with it anyways in a hypothetical battle with Rose before the U6 tournament.

Hit can evolve not only his power, but also his technique, while Goku Black only becomes stronger slowly with time. Hit, can adapt to how his opponents fights mid battle, like his fight against Goku in the Universe 6 tournament and Jiren in the Tournament of Power, even if it was for a small time because Jiren does Jiren things.

Keep in mind ppl that Hit was stronger than what he originally encountered goku the 2nd time. Plus hit was limited to in the top not being able to kill your opponent..or your universe will be erased.

Hit would have no chance of winning. in DBXV2 Goku Black, even without having transformed, managed to avoid Hit's blow, which was unexpected. And the most incredible thing, he moved in the time skip without needing to be transformed. With SSJ Rose and especially the clones? it would be a massacre
