KG was my favorite NBA player growing up even though I am from central California with a dad who is from LA. I liked him so much that I became a Celtics fan when he went to the Celtics. If he had gone to LA, it would have been great and made me a Lakers fan again and ripe for another 3 titles.

Fisher has always been a reliable player. He shot 37% from three which is pretty good. It’s not 40, but he was no Nash, or ray allen, 40% is the elite number. Kobe is Kobe. Korver is the 40% percent from three guy so that speaks for itself. KG has always been the guy Kobe has needed. He always wanted his teammates to go hard every practice and every game, and KG would do that because kg could do it all being the big ticket. Kg and Kobe would’ve had the best chemistry, just seeing the fun they had in the all star games throwing lobs to each other just shows the respect each had for one another. And pau is going to give you a little of everything, he’s got the offense, he can get some rebounds, play some D, and could pass well for a big Guy. The bench is pretty decent too.

The 07 trade scenario makes no sense...the trade would've been made more sense in 04, trading shaq to Minnesota for KG /sam cassell plus two 1st rounders. Everything happen right tho cause Kobe felt more comfortable with the late 2000s championship teams than he did with the early 2000s teams being he had a team of international players he could be more in his comfort zone with, knowing he was raised overseas. That dynamic helped him out tremendously...

I don’t think they trade for gasol if they had KG. I think they still get Ariza but idk is not about if they can win a championship tho it’s about what you ended the video with as in can this team become a dynasty personally I think they would need a better point guard faster than a center. Idk if ya remember when the lakers got session how everyone thought that this was the missing piece the lakers needed to start competing against other point guards around the west at that time. No one gives Kobe props but he actually use to run the plays for the lakers most of the time while having fisher start

With Pau Gasol, Kobe's Lakers won against the Spurs. With Garnett, who is better than Gasol, they would have won too.
